The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Os pontos fortes do hotel são a localização e o atendimento. O quarto também oferece bastante conforto, com aquecedor e ar condicionado. Cama com colchão de mola firme e chuveiro com bastante vazão e de facil controle de temperatura. O café da manhã simples, mas me atendeu bem. Pretendo retornar à cidade e, se houver vaga, com certeza me hospedarei novamente neste hotel.

Minha avaliação é sob a ótica de ser um empresário do ramo hoteleiro que gerencia um estabelecimento com rating de 9.6/10 e que também possuiu formação superior em gastronomia, sendo assim, minha visão deveria ser mais crítica que o normal, mas me deparei com algo realmente interessante... O hotel possui excelente localização, uma das melhores da cidade, sempre que o hospede esteja busca por algo mais cêntrico. As instalações estavam impecáveis, todas as áreas comuns muito bem decoradas de uma maneira que te fará sentir acolhido e muito bem-vindo, além de ter um requinte apropriado ao estilo serrano de muito bom gosto. Os quartos possuem um tamanho bem razoável, aquecimento bem efetivo, insonorizados, os banheiros são novos, também aquecidos e com duchas que possuem boa vazão de água, sendo perfeito até para os que buscam temperaturas bem altas, pois felizmente a água é bem quente. O restaurante foi melhor opção que os bons restaurantes que comemos nas ruas do centro de Capivari, pois além de possuírem bons preços para a região, os pratos são excelentes, destaque para o tortellini recheado de queijo brie com molho trufado e damasco que estava perfeito, além de várias sobremesas muito interessantes. O personal é muito educado e solícito, tanto os que compõem a recepção quanto os que atendem no restaurante. Destaque também para o café da manhã, excelente e com várias opções, sem falar que à tarde eles servem um café com vários tipos de bolos de cortesia. Nota 10

Ótimo hotel, ao lado do centrinho de Capivari, excelente atendimento, café da manhã bem servido, só está precisando de manutenção nos quartos. Ficamos no n° 213, e o banheiro estava com vazamento no revestimento, vazava agua da banheira no chão, tirando esse ponto, tudo perfeito.
