Abandonado, mas com esperança.
Já foi muito melhor, hoje está bem abandonado. Embora a staff seja super amigável, a manutenção dos dois quartos que pegamos estava péssima. Portas e janelas emperradas e trincadas, e tudo muito acabado. Serviço de quarto é inexistente, e você tem que ir buscar o que quiser na recepção. Wi-Fi só na recepção, e tv's quase não funcionam. Água quente só se jogar 10 minutos de água fora pra chegar. Considere ter um trator para conseguir chegar no hotel, a estrada está péssima e com grandes crateras. Café da manhã continua muito bom, mas não muito amigável para crianças. Cadeirão não disponível, e quartos com vão perigoso para quedas. MAS TEM ESPERANÇA: dizem que o hotel passará por reforma nos próximos 6 meses e o problema da estrada também será resolvido por um condômino (embora isso está de fora do hotel, e faz parte da cidade que os abandonou) No mais, adoramos este hotel. Dormir na beira da lareira é tudo de bom. (Mas agora o hotel não vende mais lenha e vc tem que ir buscar na cidade. Provavelmente o fornecedor quebrou o caminhão no caminho) Espero conseguir convencer a esposa a querer voltar aqui da próxima vez em campos daqui alguns anos. Torço pra que dê tudo certo na reforma e este volte a ser nosso hotel favorito com melhor custo X benefício.

Relax in beautiful mountain scenery
Pros: very close to fantastic Horta Floresta State Park with wonderful hikes and easy walks, plus a good restaurant. The apartments are spacious, but simple. Bed was fine. Good breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruit, juices, breads, cakes. Very friendly "neighbors" and guests having fun. Cons: tricky to find. Buildings in need of maintenance.

Estadia boa, mas poderia ser melhor
A experiência foi boa, embora tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o primeiro quarto em que fomos colocados as luzes estavam queimadas, apenas a do banheiro estava funcionando. No segundo quarto ainda assim tinha algumas luzes queimadas, mas nada comparado com o do primeiro, porem elas eram bem fracas. Do mais, a estadia foi muito confortável. A manutenção deve ficar de olho nesses pequenos detalhes para que os apartamentos fiquem mais confortaveis. Do mais, o apartamento é amplo e confortável, contudo a TV não pegava nenhum canal, logo não teve utilidade.

CUSTO BENEFÍCIO INCRÍVEL
Ótimo custo benefício. A 5km do centro (Capivari), suite é bem confortável, com quarto, sala, lareira, vista pra montanha e incriveis 40m². A limpeza estava ok, só a piscina que estava suja, mas estava frio então não fez diferença. Café da manhã aceitável, porém pelo valor pago pela estadia, nada a reclamar. Li muitos reviews sobre as condições da estrada, mas não é o que falam. São só 2 Km de estrada de terra/aslfato bem acidentada. Meu carro é rebaixado e foi tranquilo, sem novidades. Voltarei em breve.

Só cheira a mofo! quarto totalmente fechado e mofado, se tiver doenças respiratórias morre. Longe da cidade, o caminho até o hotel é todo esburacado. Café frio, pães queimados, suco de uva de pó. Piscina com fundo aparentemente sujo. Apesar de ser barato, NÃO VALE A PENA! Paguei 2 quartos c/ 2 diárias e ficamos só metade de uma diária. Se pudesse queria meu dinheiro de volta

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. Oferece um café da manhã justo, e tem um ambiente em geral muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários também é um ponto positivo. Como ponto negativo temos o acesso dificultado pela estrada, e o hotel com estrutura velha (móveis velhos) que carecem de reforma (o que no caso, eles estavam fazendo ).

Fuja, não se decepcione !
Pior escolha possível, apos pegar o acesso totalmente esburacado até a entrada do hotel, fomos a recepção onde o único funcionário presente no hotel nos recebeu e entregou a chave do quarto. A escada de acesso ao quarto estava totalmente suja de fezes de animal, mas o pior estava por vir, o quarto era o pior, na porta ja tinha teia de aranha, o quarto não devia ser arejado a dias pois cherava a mofo, os moveis antigos sem conservação, pó por todos os cantos ( isto é que o unico pedido feito ao hotel previamente foi de um quarto limpo e arejado). Voltei a recepção onde relatei o encontrado, o unico funcionário tentou nos levar a outro apartamento, pasmem na primeira tentativa o proprio funcionário ao abrir outro quartonse deparou com o mesmo quadro, fomos para outronquarto com o funcionário e muito melhor não estava pois novamente o cheiro de nofo imperava. O funcionário pediu para fazerem o relato por escrito para providenciar o estorno, pedido este atendido, fiz o relato e até hoje o estorno do pagamento esta sendo negado pelo hotel, mesmo com o caso informado a hoteis.com . Infelizmente uma grande decepção!!!!
