The house was private and pretty. The scenery was breathtaking. We drove over 4 kilometers from La Brizna’s company on Cervantes in Town to get to the actual property with the rural homes, often on gravel roads. The restaurant out by these rural homes is not open yet. These are our suggestions: 1) please indicate where 12 Cervantes is so we can find your business address in the town for check in, as there were 3 buildings with that number in toal on Cervantes street. Please indicate that it’s at the bottom of the street and beside X store or X business. It took us 15 minutes to find the la Brizna company building number, as there was a #12 on each side of the street further up. 2) please use some sort of insecticide (can be natural). There were several spiders in the house. 3) please ensure you have filled the soap container by the bathroom sink. There was no soap. 4) please provide coffee or black tea so we can have some caffeine in the morning. You supplied orange juice and milk and for this we thank you. However, we had no coffee or tea and there was no place to get caffeine within 15 minutes of the property. 5) please have the courtesy to walk us to the house, versus telling us from your car that we are in house #1, over 200 meters away. This might take 5 minutes of your time, but it will help your clients to feel they are important. We had to go up to each door to find the correct house number. We hope these suggestions will improve your place for future visitors.
