The house has a basement which is used as a parking space and as a playground for the youngest of the house and a first floor where the five rooms are located, two of them with bathroom, a common bathroom, a toilet , a living room-kitchen, equipped with everything you need, a dining room and a reading room with gazebo.
It also has a private patio where you can see reflected, in a mural, the Monastery of Santa María de San Salvador built in the twelfth century in Cañas, a lawn and a porch with barbecue.
