Step into a contemporary space designed for comfort and style. The apartment features two cosy bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to four guests. The living area is adorned with modern furnishings, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or socialising. There are three air conditioning units available: - x1 for lounge, x1 for bedroom 1, x1 for bedroom 2.
MAIN BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and access to local channels with Chrome Cast. It also has a split system - heating and cooling. The main bedroom is topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BEDROOM 2:
The bedroom 2 has a double-sized bed and a 32-inch Smart TV with Chrome Cast. It also has a split system - heating and cooling. This bedroom is also topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following:

- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The 55-inch smart TV with Chrome Cast in the living area is available for your use. The TV also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
BALCONY:

PARKING:
The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There are options for free and paid parking at the Old Aldi Carpark:

You will have access to the building's common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This perfect apartment is only a 650m/3 min drive to Town Centre! A lot of nearby shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and only a 450m/1 min drive to Gungahlin Medical Centre!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
