Garran's Great Gain!

This special place is close to the Canberra Hospital and bus stop - walking distance to the hospital & a stone's throw to the bus stop. It is a lovely 3 bedroom ensuite property, having 2 bedrooms down one end and the master with ensuite on the other end (the kitchen and living space separating them). It is very clean and well renovated, you will love it here!

The home has an open plan living/kitchen/dining room. There is a split system heater/air conditioner in this room, that filters air through the home.
The living room has glass doors that open out onto the backyard area.
The kitchen is really well equipped with gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and large pantry.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite.
On the opposite end of the home is the main bathroom and the second and third bedrooms (with a Queen bed each).

All the beds have a comfortable medium feel.

Enjoy 'rainforest' showerheads in both bathrooms :-)

There is an internal European-style laundry, with 5kg washing machine thats has a quick cycle.

The backyard is large enough for the kids to run around in, or enjoy an evening drink on the deck.

Guests have exclusive private access to the whole property, except the double garage.

- Currently no wi-fi, but will be installed early December
- There are 5 steps up to the front door.
- The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. The ensuite has a walk-in shower.
- There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer. There is a large external clothes line on the side of the house for drying clothes, and a clothes horse for indoor use.
- There is a main road fairly close by, so throughout daytime expect to hear some level of background traffic noise.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.
