Conveniently located 4 bedroom townhouse, 100 metres away from Holder Shops, and very close to public transportation, Woden, Cooleman Court and all the local amenities that Weston Creek has to offer. Very close to the Mount Stromlo mountain bike park and Mount Stromlo aquatic centre.

Comfortable, kid-friendly, family home with a window view on the Hyndes Crescent road, this 4-bedroom townhouse is perfect for family or large travel groups.

BEDROOM:
All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one bedroom with a double bed while the other one has 2 single beds.

BATHROOM:
The home has a bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet room. We provide complimentary bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. For longer stays, you may need to provide your own toiletries supply.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- electric kettle
- toaster

There is an oven in the property, it's side racks are rusty but still usable. We will update the tray and tray side racks after the lockdown. In the meantime, oven is not part of our amenities list but feel free to use it during your stay.

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use with a built-in Chromecast so guests can cast their phones directly to the TV. It has access to local channels as well. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account, and all free-to-air channels are available.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

The townhouse can be accessed through a digital lock for self check-in, although I am just a message away if you need help with anything.

VEHICLE PARKING:
There is a covered parking for 1 car at the residential garage. Visitor parking is also available in front of the building.

BIKE PARKING:
You can park your bikes at the property's balcony. Just keep in mind the property entrance is up the stairs.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Holder is a small, quiet suburb approximately a 15 minute drive south-west of the CBD. It is next to Mount Stromlo where there are many mountain bike trails.

It's a 30 minute bus ride or 15 minute drive to the city. The closest neighbourhood hub is Weston Creek which is a 1km walk. This will have shops, cafes and a few restaurants.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
