It was not good at all. The toilet was not flushing. The shower was broken. There was not hot or cold water for several hours everyday. The rooms smelled like mold. There was no blankets on the beds. Asked for blankets and brought after 3 days. The food was bad. The only good thing wax the garden and ocean views. I will never go back to this resort.

Here is a detailed list of the problems I faced during my stay: 1. I booked a double-bed room, but was given a small single-bed room. After requesting, I was given a new room with two beds but two beds connnected. Before go to sleeping, I fount no water and no blankets in the room. I requested these items twice, and although staff promised to deliver them promptly, but they didn’t. I got them until the next afternoon after I repeated complaints and got upset. 2. All the managers displayed an extremely arrogant and rude attitude. No one ever offered an apology for the inconvenience caused. 3. The room had cockroaches, the bathroom had no ventilation. The shower fixtures were outdated, the door to the balcony was broken, we were not able to open it until the last day. 4: the shower water that caused severe eye irritation when used for bathing or washing face normally. 5. Guests were using reused cups to play in pool but no staff intervened to stop this behavior. After that, these cups were taken back for reuse. 6. Cups, plates, and utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty, with leftover food and sand on them

I JUST COME BACK FROM MY TRIP AND I SHOULD PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS, THIS IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT, IF YOU HAVE THE BLUE BRACELETE YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCES TO THE ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT. YOU WILL NEED THE BLACK BRACELET WICH WILL GIVE YOU ACCES TO EVERHITHING, FOOD IS TERRIBLE, NO TASTE, NO FLAVOR.THE HOTEL ROOM THAT I PAID (STANDARD DOBLE BED) IN MY OPINION IS VERY OLD AND IT REALLY NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED, THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR THE ALL INCLUSIVE BUT WHEN YOU BOOK IN EXPEDIA THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAID EXTRA AT THE HOTEL TO HAVE ACCES TO THE PIRAMIDE RESTAURANTS. THEY HAVE A CASINO WHERE YOU PAID WITH DOLLARS AND THE MONEY IF YOU WIN, THEY GIVE YOU PESOS, THEY HAVE A KINKIS CABARET SHOW TO MY TASTE VERY POOR. ALSO, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDRENS SINCE THIS HOTEL IS A LGBT FRIENDLY COMUMITY YOU SEE THAT IN THE WHOLE HOTEL! THERE IS A LADY WATCHING THE INFINITY POOL, SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAID 1500 PESOS TO BE ABLE TO BE IN THERE. ON TOP OF WHAT ALREADY PAID!! THEY RUN OUT OF FOOD AND THERE IS NO TACOS IN MEXICO??? NOT A REAL TACO? THEY JUST OFFER CHICKEN TACO OR BEEF TACO POOR SELECTION OF FOOD. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL RESORT

The beach was absolutely beautiful. The surprise charges like the vault lock and the wifi codes was annoying. The happy chicken strips were awesome the rest of the food was ok. The problem was the cross contamination of the buffet. Not much activities, or not organized well.

It was horrible with the food, everything was close at 11 PM and staff doesn’t even know when they close restaurants or not cux it was 12 and I was being sent to multiple places supposedly for food and there was nothing. We had to go all the way down from building 1 to lobby to ask for bottles of water cux in our room never happened even if I asked on the app to clean the room cux sand gets on the way and to leave supplies such shampoo and towels well only towels were replaced.. in order to go ti a restaurant most of the times I had ti pay for it separately when it is supposed to be all inclusive I remember just last year I was in cancun in oasis palm and a restaurant was open until like 2 or 3 am there were more options to go to eat they clean the room and we always had fridges full of drinks. I would like to know what happened why lower so much and make it worse trained your staff about where things are and when they open and close. Don’t like to the costumer. About service well I guess we were well served you just gotta be mindful and tip the server and trust me you will get a good service… ohhh one last thing since everything was closed at 11 pm I had to order outside ti get delivered well they did not allow the guy to at least go inside to the lobby where I was waiting for my food.. ni I had to exposed myself and get out of the hotel ti get my food ( ordering takeout on an all inclusive resort “ 5 stars”) I felt rob of my money. If I were you I would not go there.

Great resort a lot of restaurants to pick from, but sadly the service was definitely not the best, reception was horrible at check in. No luggage help, no direction to our room, the staff in most of the restaurants seemed bothered to serve you. Including the bartenders service definitely leaves room for improvement. Best staff there is definitely the buffet waiters ! A server told us we were all replaceable! After complaining about the way he was speaking to a group of us. Very disappointed with the service for sure

No water available one night No toilet paper one night Bugs Food stand wings barbecue salty Sea food stand, mainly onions with little seafood The place is deteriorating, hopefully management does something about this and turn the place to the right direction. Terrible experience, we didn’t stay the whole time booked a different place

Overall a great resort, transportation can be tricky especially from the airport to the resort. Taxis are very overpriced try to book transportation through the app. Try to reserve spots at the restaurants, the very accessible food isn’t the greatest.
