Very clean and well maitained hotel. The stuff at the reception were a little arrogant, were constently pushing for upgrades. The team at the bar at the reception were fantastic. Giancarlo, Averio and all were just wow with their unique drinks and very attentive. 10 star team.

Property was incredibly maintained. Attention-to-detail was evident. Staff was exceptional. Hard working, courteous, extremely helpful. You felt taken care of. Variety of restaurants was good but food quality/taste wasn't as impressive. We had the steak house, Italian, and Mexican. The steakhouse was the best. We did not have the Asian restaurant. Pool and beach facilities was well run. We would definitely stay again without a doubt. Great job!!

Terrible service, very poor food quality and options….Beware!!! They hold u to ransom, they dont allow you to cancel once u have checked in, and if u are not happy with the experience… wont recommend this to anyone!

Our stay exceed our expectations. This is our second time coming as a family with toddlers to this lovely resort. From the moment we arrived to the resort to our last moments before leaving. All staff were nice and caring. We stayed around 10 days at the resort. The rooms were always maintained with housekeeping staff cleaning and refreshing up the rooms. The property is kept nice and everyone is welcoming. Food was amazing. Service at the buffet was always great, they went above and beyond for you to feel welcome. A little shoutout to Alex at the buffet as for he always was willing to provide us the best experience during our visits to the buffet. The Flama restaurant was a hit as well. They are only open on weekends but we were grateful to get in and try it out. Will definitely be returning to this resort in the future. Highly recommend this resort for families with kiddos and also for couples who are okay with little kiddos saying Hi and being around the resort.
