We like this property for its pool, white sand beach, cleanliness, service and wide variety of food. The hotel rooms are also conveniently located to its pools and restaurants. Our 4 year old son enjoyed its water park and the pool even more. The pools are very wide and long; 5 feet deep. We visited late-September which is their off-season and one of their restaurants, a steakhouse, was closed. In return, it was Brazilian bbq every night at their main dining hall "Vela". We didn't care for the steaks. The make for own poke bowls was much better!

Excellent high quality resort, staff are outstanding providing highest level of service. The property is well maintained and modern and clean. Good was excellent variety and delicious ! Only improvement would be at least one more lunch option. Otherwise, Hilton is offering a great all inclusive resort with the quality expectation from the Hilton brand.

I would have given 5 star, only the problem is on the last day of my stay. It was my wife birthday and I wanted to surprise her. Spoken with the lady who makes restaurant reservations to have a small cake with happy birthday written but after having a dinner and started to have dessert but nothing happened and spoke with the host and she asked did I bring the cake. It’s a joke, I also worked for the same company and we try our best to make the guests happy. So the story short we didn’t get the birthday cake and the restaurant is Flama. Would I go back again, I would think it twice.

This is a great place. What started out as a bad vacation quickly turned around once we arrived here. From the moment you walk in, every is so nice and attentive. The bar staff are the absolutely best. They are welcoming, funny and attentive as well. They take genuine interest in ensuring you are enjoying your stay. I highly recommend.

No volveria a este hotel, tampoco lo recomiendo. La comida del buffet y del snack son terribles, no hay variedad ni calidad, los restaurantes de steak house, Italiano y Asiatico son mejores, nada sorprendente. El restaurant maxal terrible, los ceviches por igual, la bebida es muy economica y limitada. La habitaciones son lindas y limpias. Me robaron 3 articulos, unos lentes que estoy segura los olvide en el spa y cuando volvi a reclamarlos me dijeron que no estaban y jamas los reportaron, a mi hijo le robaron una gorra foc y a mi hija unos lentes de sol, ah y a mi palá una gorra de sol me quedé sorprendida de todo lo que se "perdio" realmente no hacen por ayudarte a solucionarlo. El snack es terrible tdos los dias hamburgersas y hot dogs. El staff de la alberca muy amable. Para poder ir a la playa tienes que bajar 3 niveles de pisos, tedioso! No tiene shows buenos y los que hay son aburridos. El lobby y todo el hotel en general completamente austero. Realmente no me quedaron ganas de volver a este hotel. FRANCISCO el mesero de la alberca se porto increible, un servicio admirable.

We recently just stayed here and it happen to be around when also the hurricane came and swept through… I would like to first say my stay here was amazing the staff was very nice and accommodating. We were serviced right away when we arrived on the property and when we were checking in we were given an upgrade as well on my room. The food options were okay.. being from America I like more of a simpler option and love my French fries and burgers with my meals and cookies. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option some days and I called room service for it instead so I wasn’t so hurt about it. When the hurricane swept through staff came through and cleaned up anything that was flooded and was very quick and effective. I came with just my daughter and myself and we felt extremely safe and the mall with designer goods is nothing but a $13 taxi ride away and the hotel will call for you. I will stay here again for sure!!!
