w Well just got back from a the stay at this hotel 7 day and 6 nights and I been to serval resort there .So let start itā€™s not near anything Expedia say itā€™s located too . Make sure to google map the address if staying here .location is right in front of the Cancun sailing dock they are a great company for a day out to the island the only draw back is every day 100 people come right by you on the beach and the thing it brings all the people selling items pretty well morning and evening. The beach is always covered in seaweed as as far as swimming you will have to walk down to a better part of the beach . The hotel is run down needs work . The beds are as hard as a rock this place needs lots of upkeep. The only thing good it does have good hot water but that about it . Then letā€™s talk about the food itā€™s ok but very basic and most of the time it is cold and I wonā€™t say most kids wouldnā€™t eat what they served.The staff is pretty friendly and the bar is ok so I a summary I say itā€™s cheap but itā€™s in no way a 6/10 so when traveling u get what you pay for . I did read the reviews on here before so I thought Iā€™d give a shot but most of bad reviews were on the money. For adults and and donā€™t minds a hard bed and not picky about food it will work for the price and u can now use uber down there now so have safe travels tell next review

I booked All Inclusive. The Hotel clerk said I did not and to call the booking site to fix it. I did and they said they would fix it but they did not. They put me in a room close to the very noisy street.

Not a fan of the dirty stone floors (I recommend wearing some sort of sandals or flip flops in the rooms). The shower/toilet area is too small. No de-humidifier in there. But otherwise the staff is great and friendly. Most speak English well. And All-inclusive is worth the price! Local bus stops right by the hotel. They have their own catamaran service to Isla Mujeres.

Despite the poor reviews, I really enjoyed my time at this resort. The staff was friendly and prompt. Excursions are right in front of the resort. Even though the beach front property is a pretty much a shipyard, you can walk down to some really pristene beach areas. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and this 3 star hotel was just perfect for my solo holiday in Mexico.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Overlooking ocean and beach on three sides. Waiters so attentive with delicious coffee. White sand beach with sparkling clean pool. No ice machine. Ice at bar for small price.very comfortable beds. So so AC. Cant leave doo open at night when noise at pool or bar.

The hotel was ok overall. Arrived about 3 hrs early and wasn't able to do early check in ...they made us wait until 3pm. Pool is not so big but nice...the beach was full of seaweed and looked real dirty. The room was ok as well but had a moist feeling on the floor..which made it slippery..the room felt muggy.

The building is too old. There is no elevator. I had to go up the narrow stairs to the third floor. The room smelled badly. I had to exchange the room. The room I had changed was on the first floor but I could not sleep because I heard a lot of machine noise. It was booked at a low price in Expedia and I could not change it to a good location. I think this place should never be booked at a low price. This trip was very ruined.
