Nice Hotel but nothing crazy to rave about. Location and beach is good, downfall is basic liquor only available unless you pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Only has 1 restaurant with a buffet and only open for breakfast. Poolside service very poor. Almost like they don't even care about tips. Which I tipped very well but service still lacked. Inside bar only opens at 4pm. No welcome drinks beside water. Will stick to the Hyatt Ziva next time much better option for same price.

I'll be back.. my only complaint was with the Spa.. I asked for couples massage for 80 min and was told the price and then at the end of the massage it was double what I was told.. over 500 dollars .. that was crazy.. I won't be doing that again

Clean and updated hotel. Decent amount of food options for everyone big and small. Friendly staff and good service. Great crafted cocktails at the bar by the lobby lounge. The liquor brand options were limited and just ok. Room was cleaned daily, mini bar was restocked daily as well as receiving fresh clean towels. Great kids club which my 4 year old enjoyed. The kids club is for ages 4 and up, no exceptions and you are not allowed to stay with child. Nice amount of morning and daytime activities by the pool but could use some more nightly entertainment.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. The big pool was great, the adult pool was not as clean looking as I would like. Only real complaint is that inside our room we could hear everything- someone talking in the next room, people passing by your room, someone moving a chair above you,- but outside on the balcony it was so peaceful and quiet. Direct access to the beach from the property was amazing. Got a massage down on the beach in the property designated huts and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the trip. Food was pretty good but wish they had a buffet option for all day access and maybe a few more options on the menus.

Property is amazing, still a little under construction but knew that going in. The food choices are amazing. Ono and Hana were the best! Ofc all the authentic food through out the day were so good. Jesus on the pool deck and Samuel for breakfast 10/10 service thank you ! Also second time on the property and still a fantastic place! Will be back again.

Overall services are great, we had a great time with our friends there. The waterslide was under repaired while we were there, so it was a bit sad that we didn't get to enjoy those. Onsite services and tours can be booked easily, we had a great time.
