The standout at this property is the staff. They are hardworking and wonderful. We had a great time and enjoyed the pools, food and drinks. My only complaint is that they didn't have much in the way of entertainment. When I last stayed at a different RIU in Cancun , they had entertainment nightly.

Absolutely amazing!!! Maravilloso!!! The best views, amazing pool, drinks, food, and specially the staff! Super attentive and nice and welcoming! Definitely repeating next year!❤️

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay at RIU. We felt extremely safe during our excursions and the property has transportation to and from all other RIU resorts in the area where you can attend the parties and enjoy their services and amenities as well. We will definitely returning. Also, the food 10/10, many options, great chefs and always fresh!

Un hotel para descanzar, muy silencioso. Poco entreteniniento. La playa Hermosa. Buena comida los 3 tiempos. Si quieres fiesta El hotel te lleva a otro hotel hermano con Todo incluido.
