My sister and I stayed at The Fives in Oct. '24. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and on a gorgeous part of the beach. It is in walking distance to the square but at the end of the street so it is quiet. The hotel staff were all amazing! So friendly and accommodating! And I would highly recommend using the spa if you have the chance. It is beautiful and the massages were some of the best we have ever had. I hope to get the chance to return there at some point!

Property was very nice and clean. The occupancy was low, there were not all dining options open for entire trip. We bought the all inclusive option, it was limited. Staff seemed stretched and limited, there was a tropical storm that came through. They were very nice in spite of this. We would stay again.. Only one pool open, roof top infinity pool/bar restaurant closed for repair.

We were having an excellent experience. People like Andres in the Romarley restaurant made our stay incredibly special. The food is nice and the place is beautiful. Nevertheless staying there feels like a teenager staying at their parents' house. I invited a friend over to co-work and I was made to pay around $100 to grant her access to the hotel and despite being very clear we would work, and they have no suitable working space so we would be in my room to take some zoom calls, they came upstairs to insist that she should not be allowed in my room at all. Additionally, they provide no support in day care or recommending nannies, and when hiring a nanny to take care of your kids you will also be made to pay a fee. Basically they do not state this anywhere but if you go to this hotel you can forget about having guests unless you want a very harsh treatment and to be made to pay and still be harassed about it.

Traveled with my two children! They enjoyed themselves! We were there durning the hurricane so we experienced lights out for a few, but the staff did a great job at accommodating the guest. My son left his beats headphones in the room on bed when we went for dinner. To notice that the headphones were stolen by house keeping! The situation was reported but no one was held accountable nor was I reimbursed. I was pretty disappointed. Not sure if I will return after this situation.

The property is over rated the room had flies the room didn’t seem to be cleaned that well the sheets had stains and there was a moldy smell in the room. The food wasn’t good portions were small and food was below average. There was no activity’s to do very boring vibe. The staff was ok I wouldn’t recommend this hotel it was a total waste I think they are using the Marley name to attract guests very disappointed in my stay

Overall, The Fives Beachfront was a wonderful experience and plan to be back. Room cleaning service could be improved, such as cleaning on a timely schedule without having to ask a few times. Hugo, Moises in the restaurant area, Brian at the beach area and Angel at reception area deserve our compliments. They were very attentive and hard working folks. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxed experience!
