This was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful small resort with great food, great beach, and service. Carlos , our concierge, was fantastic. He checked in on us daily and made sure we had the reservations we wanted for all restaurants. The resort was flawlessly maintained, the view from the rooms was amazing, with nightly fire works shows provided by the pirate ship dinner theater located nearby. The beach was beautiful and perfect for younger kids. We also had access to royal sands and their new waterpark which was a highlight of the vacation for our kids. The location was also only a 10 min walk to the isla mujeres ferry, which was a great DIY day Trip for my family. I could not recommend this resort enough. The two times we used room service, our meal was delivered with 20 minutes.

We were there for 7 nights and felt safe in the resort, pretty much had the resort with only a few other families and older adults which was nice, no over crowding neither in the pool or beach. Everyone greeting by the end of our stay we felt like family. Will be coming back to visit again.

Customer Service, Limited food options, bar options, was like a resort for senior citizens. I was very disappointed and ended up leaving to go to another resort which was livelier, had a mixed age group of guest, more food, pool and bar options. I didn't even hear activities going on. It was very uneventful. Plus not modern.

It’s supper clean and variety of food and activity. The food is really good. The staff is supper nice. They let us check in early and eat early. There is no issue. The place is nicer that the photo. The photo looks old, but it is nice and lots of space for my 3 kids and us. It worth the money. They didn’t charge us extra, it’s really all inclusive.
