We arrived early in the morning around 2am, upon arrival we where greeted by the receptionist who couldn’t speak very good English leaving us very unsure what was going on...
We where shown to our room which was absolutely immaculate and everything in the room was brand new so all was well,
Over our 2 week stay we had to go to reception 5 times to remind them to put toilet roll in the bathroom (I think this is because it has mostly always catered for Indian guests) we also contacted them every day for clean towels (as the road into the hotel is very dirty it is impossible to keep the towels clean for re use)
After 4/5 days our room had still not been cleaned meaning there was lots of water bottles and other rubbish in the room, as we took this up with reception they did sort the matter immediately
However this happened again, I was under the impression house keeping should be making beds and cleaning rooms everyday however this was not the case and had to ask 3 times,
Other than the room not being frequently maintained we had no other issues with this hotel and had quiet a pleasant stay, we did not use any of the breakfast or pool facilities but they did look ok apart from no sun lounges around the pool which may cause problems with other people (not our selves).
If the hotel was to sort these issues we would deffinatly stay again as location was perfect from the beach and also the Center of Candolim, the rooms where new, modern and clean
