Dia dos pais em Canela
Nossa segunda vez nesse hotel . A vista do quarto dessa vez não foi satisfatória pois ficamos no primeiro andar com vista para o estacionamento não sendo possível deixar as cortinas abertas pois as pessoas passavam por ali. O quarto é confortável. Ficamos em um quarto com duas camas queen pois viajamos em família , com 4 adultos . Senti falta da lareira acesa na recepção. O café da manhã em alguns momentos faltou alguns itens sendo repostos em um dia que tomamos o café e em outro não , embora dentro do horário disponibilizado para o café . Alguns pratos não estavam disponíveis no restaurante à noite embora constassem no cardápio. Lençóis , edredon e toalhas do quarto de excelente qualidade bem como as amenities. Sugestão de disponibilizar água filtrada gratuita para os hóspedes. Nós abastecemos junto ao eat kitchen mas em Dado momento faltou água ali também . Mas no geral foi muito agradável nossa hospedagem. Os Colaboradores são muito simpáticos tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e limpeza .

Não recomendo. Muito a melhorar
Devem comprar avaliação positiva. Hotel não condiz com as avaliações que tem. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ PÉSSIMO. Muito fraco mesmo, fiquei 3 dias no hotel, foram 2 dias iguais com muito poucas opções pelo preço da diária e no dia 3 pasmem, não tinha buffet de café da manhã. Vieram servir na mesa um prato com sobras do dia anterior, com pão de queijo frio e wafer de 1 semana atrás acho. Tem MUITO A MELHORAR. Se tem poucos hóspedes poderia se pedir o que quer no café, ter um cardápio, mas NUNCA servir comida fria e velha pagando caro a diária. Tem academia porém não conta com ar condicionado próprio, então impossibilita alterar a temperatura. Ideal pra quem ama uma sauna junto a academia. Sai suado mesmo não malhando. Ao chegar no hotel não fazem questão do hóspede colocar o carro na garagem coberta, avisam pra deixar fora. Fui em semana com chuva e não tiveram a capacidade de indicar a garagem coberta. Consegui colocar em alguns momentos na garagem coberta sem pedir devido a chuva, exceto em um momento que a garagem se encontrava fechada e mesmo com um totem pra passar o cartão não funcionou a abertura do portão. Tive que deixar o carro fora. Piscina pequena. Hotel passa por reformas mesmo sendo novo. Goteiras no corredor e barulho de furadeiras a partir das 9h da manhã. Se gostam de barulho e caos recomendo. Se querem férias tranquilas e com bom café e atendimento há outras opções MUITO melhores na região e com preço muito menor. Não voltaria e não recomendo.

Opção aparente exclusiva porém merece atenção
Hotel com a entrada principal interditada, sem indicação de onde entrar. Entrando pela garagem nos deparamos com muito material de construção, e com o elevador quebrado. Atendimento muito "grudento", deveriam ser mais objetivos. Ficamos num quarto embaixo de um com crianças, tornando insuportável o barulho encima. Tinha barulho de banheira também. Se prezam pela exclusividade, teriam que ter atenção em como distribuem as famílias. Hotel não apropriado para crianças, porém tinham várias, tornando tudo barulhento e desconfortável. Gastronomia ótima, chef pernambucana que manda muito bem. Instalações de ótimo bom gosto.

Hotel novo, decoração de muito bom gosto, quartos e banheiros amplos, excelente roupa de cama. Atendimento padrão, café da manhã esperávamos mais pelo conceito do hotel, Buffet como poucas opções, entramos alguns minutos antes da horário final e muitos produtos já tinham sido retirados (inclusive água). Estacionamento pequeno e sem muita organização, inúmeros carros de hóspedes ocupando duas vagas. Nosso quarto (211) estava com uma goteira. As vedações do box precisam de manutenção, ao tomar banho tivemos muita água saindo no piso. Uma das janelas do quarto não estava fechando completamente o que além de deixar o frio entrar não isolava acusticamente (estavam sendo feitas obras no momento da nossa hospedagem). De forma geral indicamos o hotel, porém estes detalhes interferiram na experiência.

Recomendo o hotel, que é muito charmoso e tem um atendimento muito receptivo. Quarto confortável, banho bom, tudo em um excelente padrão. Porém, o café da manhã é básico demais para o padrão do hotel e em ambas as manhãs não houve reposição de pão de queijo em horário que ainda deveriam estar servindo normalmente. Achei o café muito aquém do hotel.

Hotel novo com ótima estrutura. Atendimento super atencioso, nota 10. Restaurante com uma pegada saudável, muito bom (o qual já conhecia de Porto Alegre). Café da manhã não é um café colonial com aquela variedade absurda, mas atende muito bem (frutas, ovos, pão de queijo, panquecas, pães de fermentação natural, bolos, frios, geleias). No pátio dos fundos várias lareiras, local para os hóspedes desfrutarem e conviverem.
