La villa è formata da due appartamenti completamente nuovi e forniti di tutti i confort che rendono il soggiorno un'esperienza confortevole e unica.

L'ampio spazio esterno presenta un giardino verde e una bellissima piscina a bordo della quale è possibile, sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino, ammirare le colline patrimonio UNESCO che offrono un panorama unico alla struttura.

La villa è formata da due appartamenti, Casa Sandra e Casa Milva, entrambi completamente nuovi, finemente arredati e dotati di tutti i confort.

Casa Sandra è un meraviglioso appartamento con soppalco con travi in legno a vista. Al pian terreno è presente una zona living con cucina completa e ampio bagno con doccia mentre sul piano soppalcato è presente una camera da letto con letto king size e divano letto.

All'ingresso di Casa Milva, un meraviglioso ulivo ed un pozzo antico contribuiscono a creare una zona accogliente e dedicata. All'interno di questo bellissimo appartamento troviamo una zona living con cucina completa e divano letto, bagno con doccia e una confortevole camera da letto con letto king size.

All'interno di entrambi gli appartamenti è presente: aria condizionata, smart tv, wifi e zanzariere a tutte le finestre.

L'ampio spazio esterno è formato da un grande giardino verde e una bellissima piscina in cui godersi le calde giornate estive e i più bei tramonti a bordo piscina.
