Discover this beautiful villa in Canet-en-Roussillon, 5 km from the beach of St Cyprien, ideally located between Leucate and Argelès in the Pyrénées-Orientales. The cottage is beautiful and well located in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities (1 km) and the Mediterranean Sea. Take the time to walk in the center of this pleasant seaside resort. This house offers 2 double bedrooms, an extra bed and a crib, as well as 2 uncovered terraces. Canet is a 9 km long beach classified for its water quality. You can do a lot of things here: Kitesurfing, kayaking, paddling or jet skiing , restaurants, cafes and nightclubs.Here nature lovers will be delighted and will be able to discover unspoiled places in this beautiful coastal region: Canet pond surrounds a route , with observation posts and fishing huts. Stroll through vineyards, old villages, take a short tasting break, admire the marina. Drive to Collioure, Port Vendres, Banyuls or to Spain. The staircase leads somewhat steeply to the second floor and the second bedroom with direct access to the 16 m² terrace. Large free parking in the residence, 10m.

Vacances
Propriétaire pas trop aimable, par contre sa femme au téléphone etait très gentille. Les voisins faisaient bcp de bruit, parfois jusqu'à plus de minuit. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas laspirateur était cassé, la cafetiete seteignait alirs que le cafe n'était pas fini...La table a tepasser ne se dépliait pas totalement et ,pour fini padde pression ds la douche. Cewt dommage, var cest endroit avec bcp de potentiel et très agréable. Malgré tout, nos vacances se sont bien passées, mais quand on dit que lappartement a tel ou tel equipement, ce serait bien de verifier qu'il soit en etat de marche.

Location bien située par rapport à la mer et endroit calme. Par contre il y aurait quelques améliorations à effectuer tels que changer le pommeau de douche, la poubelle de la cuisine (cassée) , mettre une poubelle dans la salle de bain , un grille pain serait le bienvenu ainsi que des verres à vin .

Semaine très ventée qui nous a empêché d’apprécier nos vacances, l’appartement est très peu équipé et les batteries de cuisine sont limite ( très usagées) Si non la région est très agréable
