The hotel was very clean and up to date. Check in on line was so easy and convenient. The attached restaurant had amazing food and we highly recommend the steak dinner and brunch.

The hotel was clean and as it should be but after check out they emailed to say they were charging me almost $100 to get a red wine stain and a blue stain that I think may have come from my jeans out of the sheets. I have never experienced this before and after doing a bit of research I found that hotels industrial washers should be able handle this. I emailed back saying as much, they responded that they got most of the stains out but the blue one so only charged me $9. Beware of staying here especially if you have kids, I can’t imagine the bill you would get to clean up after toddlers.

The place overall seems nice- but the walls are so thin you can hear everything. But frankly my main issue is a hotel staff member entering my room at 1:30 in the morning. They said that they were conducting security checks and entered the wrong room, but that’s a hell of a mistake to have to enter people’s room, interrupt our sleep and scare my friend. They said they would make it up to me next time I stay with them, but who on earth would book again on them after that?

Property is fantastic. Friendly staff and super clean. The only thing missing is an elevator and maybe breakfast option. If you have room in the 2nd floor and you have bags, than you might have to pick them for 10-12 steps. The good thing is that the rooms in the 2nd floor have balcony with great view of mountains which compensates 5 mins physical workout 😅…

Check in and check out process is extremely easy. Rooms are clean and well arranged. Building was quiet. Staff were helpful and always on hand. Cons: water pressure is low and the fireplaces need some work as the dials are often stripped from wear.

Nice and clean room. Front desk are friendly. Only problem I encountered was snow and ice built up in the one only handicap parking space. This was do to hotel using that space as a snow dump site. Very slippery getting in and out of the vehicle.
