A lovely stay
My family of 4 (son 16, daughter 14) stayed here for 2 nights on our hiking trip. It is perfectly situated between Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome State Park. We were able to visit both places and if Kodachrome isn't on you list, you should do it ($10 per carload and we saw maybe 20 people the whole time we were there). The Cozy Cottage was just perfect. Clean, quiet, all the amenities. Anita is lovely and helpful and left us a cute little surprise gift! My daughter woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to "look for the milky way" - it was dark enough that the stars were so bright! I'd give this place more stars if I could. Thank you for a wonderful stay Anita!

Perfect!
Clean , quiet and comfortable! Very relaxing after a day at Bryce Canyon. Anita was very responsive to our questions. The house was well stocked from bandaids to blankets. I will recommend the Comfy Cottage to friends.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our group. It is spacious and very tidy with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. It's location off Hwy 12 was very convenient for our day trips to Bryce Canyon National Park. Thank you for everything.

My friend and I had an incredible time at the Cozy Cottage. It is a scenic, quiet, excellent location for exploring beautiful Bryce Canyon (just a short 20 minute drive) and the surrounding area. Anita was an amazing host! She was super fast at responding to all texts and questions. She was very helpful with dining suggestions and any other inquiries we had. One evening she even dropped by some homegrown tomatoes which were such a thoughtful, tasty treat. After we checked out, I realized that I had accidentally left two items at the Cozy Cottage and Anita graciously offered to mail them back to me and they arrived so quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better host! Also, the Cozy Cottage is the most well-stocked accommodation I've ever stayed at. Anita has thought through everything one might need or want. If I'm ever in this gorgeous area again to do some more exploring (because there really is so much close by to see and do and we simply ran out of time), I would definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage once more!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked. Anita has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. Staying here was like you were at home. We enjoyed the mountain view while eating outside on the front porch with the folding table supplied. We even had a visit from a friendly well behaved dog. The wifi was good but we have AT&T and could not phone out. Apparently Verizon doesn't have this problem. Would highly recommend.

Cozy Cottage
My husband, daughter and her husband and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage. It was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. the three bathrooms were nice and the kitchen and living room worked well. The hostess left Father's Day gifts of Zucchini were much appreciated as well as the scrubbing pillow she provided and the cream bars. The location was fabulous between the Staircase Escalante, Kodachrome State Park and Bryce Canyon. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage.

Great Rental
My husband and I spent 4 nights at this wonderful home. It was immaculately clean, had an extremely well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. It is in a great location to see Bryce NP and all the other sites in the area. There was a small grocery store and a few restaurants only minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and very highly recommend it anyone wanting to stay in the Bryce area.

Exceptional Rental Property
This home was the most clean, well equipped, and comfortable residence we have ever stayed at, and we travel extensively utilizing VRBO and other similar agencies for approximately three months each year for the past 10 years. Our host contact, Anita, was genuously concerned that our stay be a positive experience, and lived near enough to immediately respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out. She was even gracious in her rtesponse. Although the location at first appeared to be a bit out of the way from Bryce Natiional Park, it turned out to be centrally located near Bryce, Kodachrome Basin, and other points of interest we wanted to explore. The short trips to points of interest were themselves enjoyable scenic drives and the location was far enough away from the crowds and traffic associated with these popular tourist spots to offer q

Cozy Cottage Summer Fun
We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cottage and loved staying in this quaint home. It was close to Mossy Cave which was a hike with a waterfall that we loved. Only 30 minutes from most of the Hikes in Bryce Canyon.

This is an ideal place for to stay to visit the beautiful Zion and Bryce National parks... The place was clean, neat and was perfect for us... The home/cabin was very well furnished and had enough supplies in the kitchen, which we used extensively... The only thing I would request the owner is to publish the list of appliances that are in the home, coz we had carried a few things with us which we could have avoided.... e.g Rice cooker, availability of filtered water, etc.... Overall - we had a great experience, and thank you very much, Anita, for making our stay so pleasurable...

Best host ever
Anita is one of the best hosts we have ever had. I have been renting on VRBO for over 10 years and I haven't had a more considerate host. She communicated very well and stopped by during our visit and we got to meet her and her husband. Lovely couple. Besides a clean house which is convenient to both Bryce and Escalante, she stocked the place with just about everything we would need for our stay. All in all, we had a great time.

We had never been down to Bryce Canyon before, so I rented this place "blind," just going off the reviews. The 5-star reviews on this cottage were spot on! The place was completely clean and very comfortable. We loved that there were two bedrooms with SUPER comfortable beds so that we could sleep in separate rooms and get some good sleep. (My husband snores LOUDLY, so separate rooms are a must if want to sleep!) The bedding and towels were very nice, and the fact that we had three bathrooms was also helpful for getting ready in the morning. They also had a couch with two reclining chairs that I think kids could easily sleep on. There were lots of extra supplies in case we forgot something, like allergy medicine, shampoo, paper plates, napkins, safety pins, etc. We had no problems checking in or finding it--the emailed directions were good. The owner checked with us twice to make sure things were good--just enough to make sure we were fine, but not enough to be bothersome. This cottage is about 3 minutes from the nearest town, Tropic, with decent (but not fabulous) restaurants. To get to Bryce Canyon, it was a short 20-minute drive. As we drove through the two closest towns and saw all the hotels and motels, we were really glad that we got to return at night to our QUIET, cozy cottage! It's also a short 10-minute drive to Kodachrome State Park, which is a must see if you have the time! All in all, we loved it!

Great Stay in Cannonville
The Cozy Cottage was a perfect home base for my wife and I to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. This was one of the most comfortable and well-stocked vrbo properties we have ever visited. Anita was a wonderful host. She responded promptly to all of our communications, and she even remembered my wife's birthday with some nice gifts.
