The house with this holiday accommodation is in the picturesque old town of Canosa di Puglia, in the Barletta-Andria-Trani province.

The holiday apartment of 100m² is on two floors and has a roof terrace. The ground floor has a spacious living room-kitchen and a little bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms, a further bathroom and another room that can be used as a little leisure room, or as a children’s room if required. The living room on the ground floor has seating, a dining table and access to the outdoors. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a freezer and a coffee machine. The little bathroom has a bath, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, a bidet and a WC, as well as a washing machine. The first bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a wardrobe, a bedside table and lamp. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 x 200cm, and a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. The bathroom on this floor has a shower, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, a bidet and a WC. The two bedrooms and the living room-kitchen on the ground floor have air conditioning. There is a fireplace stove fired by wood in the leisure room on the first floor. The apartment has gas central heating.

The second floor with its big roof terrace (30m², exclusive use) invites you to enjoy the surroundings and the panorama and wonderful summer evenings outdoors. There are also three balconies on the first floor, in front of the two bedrooms and the leisure room.
