You won't believe this cozy, farmhouse/modern bungalow that is only one block from downtown! Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom on a shady corner lot. A short walk to your choice of several outstanding restaurants, a world famous coffee shop, beautiful boutiques, a great thrift store, an old-fashioned soda shop, a bookstore, a pastry shop and many other attractions. Canyon's town square hosts many activities including a farmer's market, movie night, parades, etc. All complete with many, yummy food trucks. Canyon is also the home of Palo Duro Canyon State park, the "Texas " outdoor musical , and West Texas A and M University.. A 20 minute drive gets you to Westgate Mall and surrounding shopping and dining. Visit Cadillac Ranch, The Big Texan Steak House,and Wonderland Amusement Park,and a zoo. Simply Perfect
We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one has been our favorite so far! The neighborhood is quiet, off street parking is available. It's decorated super cute! The bed was comfortable, the living area so comfortable our daughter fell asleep on the couch. ❤️ I truly hope it's available when we comeback.

Comfort!
Perfect setting (we loved the house and yard and neighborhood immediately). The inside was just as satisfying to enter and within a short span, we were relaxed on the couch. What a great location! Our walks took us downtown and through some neighborhoods and we enjoyed three of three local restaurants.

The house is walking distance to the cutest shops and delicious restaurants in Canyon. The beds are comfy and the amenities are wonderful. We spent our days in the canyons and then had the best place to relax after some long days of hiking.

Adorable and perfectly located
We had three adults and a dog. It’s such a cute house, well appointed and very dog friendly! It was quite clean, but as a dog-friendly house, do not expect it to be dog-hair free - that’s just impossible! The owner provides dog blankets to cover furniture which is very helpful. It’s in walking distance to the square with several shops, a used bookstore, a coffee shop and a few restaurants. Love the walkability! 0 negatives. Glenda, the host, is lovely and takes great pride in and care of the property! I would recommend or stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Lovely, Comfortable and Convenient!
Everything was even better than described. We were very happy with our accommodations, the location and the thoughtful "amenities" provided. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, along with extras like dog blankets, snacks, water in the fridge, etc. Very close to plenty of dining options, grocery store, cute downtown shops and Palo Dura Canyon. Cute house, well equipped, great neighborhood
This is an older home that has been very tastefully renovated. It is very comfortable. Glenda is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is in a nice, cute neighborhood with brick streets. It is very close to the downtown square where one could easily walk to shopping, food (Joe Taco), and a fabulous coffee shop (Palace Coffee). Every part of this stay was a good experience.

This location was amazing. The bungalow was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Host thoughtfully had small things that other places don't leave for guests... Coffee, creamer, popcorn, sundries. Location was easy access to everything from Amarillo to Palo Duro Canyon. Best VRBO experience ever!
