You’ll be on cloud wine at Simply Sangria! Located in beautiful Canyon Lake, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is pear-fect for 8 guests to enjoy the lake life! With a private hot tub and movie room, this home is sure to wow guests for a vacation they’ll never forget! If you have a four-legged family member, Simply Sangria is pet-friendly for an additional fee, so everyone can join in on the fun!

Wrapped in trees, this beautiful red oasis invites you to sit back and relax. Catch a peek at the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake from the adorable seating area on the front deck that spans the whole front of the house! Walking through the front entrance, Simply Sangria welcomes you into the lake life, with blue and sandy tones throughout. Comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen television in the living room are perfect to spend quality time with your family, watching a movie or having a game night! The kitchen is located just off of the living room, so everyone can participate in the fun games! Bar-style seating looks into the kitchen and blends these two rooms together perfectly. More seating can be found at the dining table in the kitchen, so everyone has a seat at the table! The kitchen is complete with a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, and dishwasher. The unique shape of this space with rounded corners and a bay window to bring it all together, so you won’t miss any of that picturesque Hill Country view! Guests can also access the front porch through the dining room for easy food transportation for an outdoor meal!

The first bedroom is the master bedroom, featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. With fun pops of color and beautiful wooden furniture, this room comes to life! In the attached bathroom, guests have a lovely double vanity and a large wall mirror, offering ample space to get ready for a lake adventure. This space is complete with a walk-in shower to top it all off. Heading through the living area, we fall upon the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom features a queen bed and notes of white and blue that remind you of the beautiful Canyon Lake water. This room is complete with a flatscreen television for any late-night movie nights you may want to have. The third bedroom contains two sets of twin bunk beds, a perfect space for the kids. This Texas-style room is a fun place for kids to make memories with one another. The second bathroom is a full-bathroom complete with a beautiful bathtub and shower combo and a lovely white vanity. Each bedroom contains comfortable linens to ensure peaceful sleep for all of your lake adventures. A full-sized washer and dryer is also available for guests’ convenience during their stay.

Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room, you can access the backyard. The covered porch is perfect for chilling out of the hot Texas sun while still enjoying the beautiful weather! Guests can cook a meal on the propane grill and enjoy it at the outdoor dining area. Flip on the string lights at night and slip into the hot tub to relax and unwind after a long day at the lake! Maybe even grab a glass of sangria! The fenced-in backyard is perfect for letting your kids and pets run around, worry-free. Just off of the back porch is access to the media room. Grab your popcorn and settle down into one of the movie theater-style recliners for an unforgettable experience. Made for a movie night or having a theater experience for your favorite sports game, this room is sure to be a hit!

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.
