Very clean. We stayed in both the cabins and a lodge room. We preferred the lodge. We had a great view and there was a fridge. Lauren from Kentucky was especially helpful.

The cabins are beautiful and nicely furnished. The only issue for some people might have been there was no TV no microwave no refrigerator. Not a problem for us, but some people might want to know that.

What a neat experience to stay inside Yellowstone! In time we found that the dining options at other locations were way better but we were only there a couple nights. I appreciated the onsite laundry and the big beautiful windows in place of ac. I’m happy the property is eco-friendly but they definitely need a stronger shower cleaner and more recycling receptacles.

Lodge is great, food not so much.
Room was nice and clean. Easy access and felt safe. The hotel was nicely kept and up to date. Heard parking is difficult but we were able to find the very last spot available so it worked out for us. Beware, there is no tv in the room. My biggest complaint was the food options available. It was expensive for what we got and not good. One member of our group is vegetarian and the options were extremely limited. I'd recommend eating before or bringing something with you.

The reason for staying there = LOCATION. It is probably the best located property to discover Yellowstone National Park. In addition, excellent / modern physical infrastructure. However the food is terrible and over-priced. Unfortunately, almost ALL the properties in YNP belong to the same company (yes, it is a monopoly), and the food is consistently poor and expensive. However, we found the food on offer at this property to be the worst value for money.

We loved our stay in the park, the hotel is very clean, very quiet and with a nice view and friendly team! The only thing we didn't like very much was the excessive prices on food, since the food wasn't too good. But the stay is worth living.

The Lodge was very clean. The room was also clean. There is no air conditioner and there's no TV. It would be nice if they scheduled some Lodge type activities like campfires or games for people to participate in.

Convenient location, newer buildings and the lodge is more eco-conscious. Because of light conservation, our room was a bit too dark. There were lights on the bed headboards but it would have been better to have lights with a broader range to light up the room. Our room was comfortable. Beds were a bit soft for our taste and there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately, the food in Yellowstone is subpar - pretty poor in quality.

Great location and the lodge is beautiful. If you are used to AC, as this Fla gal is, there is no AC in the units, only a table top oscillating fan.
