First family holiday in years
We had a wonderful time in capbreton. Fabienne and Joel were such thoughtful hosts, and had thought of everything in preparation for our arrival. The villa was spotless, comfortable and probably the best air conditioning we have had on holiday. Great big pool and lots of space for our family of 5. Would highly recommend for a lazy, poolside and beach holiday. Would recommend Volt in capbreton market for amazing coffee!

Beautiful house with pool in a great location
Review by Jane, Ireland ā€“ July 2018 This is a gorgeous and spacious house kept spotlessly clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads straight out onto large balcony overlooking the pool area. It was lovely to sit out here for meals and very handy as it is right next to the kitchen. Set of stairs lead down to the completely private pool area with lots of attractive plants around ā€“ plenty of loungers and seating both in sun and shade. At the front of the house it is paved and for fun game of badminton it is perfect. Bedrooms really comfortable with air-conditioning, lots of storage space and stylish furniture. Bedroom on ground floor with en-suite bathroom ideal for grandparent (s) included in family holiday.The house is in a terrific location, in a quiet estate ā€“ but close to the boulangerie just over 5 minutes walk away. There are two large supermarkets within 6-8 minutes drive. Several great beaches within 10 minutes with lots of parking space. Plenty of restaurants in Capbreton both in centre of town and at the marina area. You can play mini-golf which is within a 5 minute walk of the house. Easy to drive to Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, San Sebastian ā€“ lovely places with lots to see. Fabienne and her husband very welcoming and helpful.

Sehr schƶnes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern.StrƤnde mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Zeit in diesem Haus. FĆ¼r uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern und befreundetem Paar war die Raumaufteilung perfekt.Schƶne ruhige Lage am Wald und alle StrƤnde ,sowie Capbreton mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit , deshalb kommen wir auch wieder.

Gepflegtes Familienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Capbreton. Schƶne BegrĆ¼nung und dadurch keine Einsicht auf das GrundstĆ¼ck durch Nachbarn. StrƤnde mit Fahrrad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zuvorkommende Vermieter mit unproblematischem check-in und check-out. Ideal fĆ¼r Familien mit etwas Ƥlteren Kindern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nous tenons Ć  remercier les propriĆ©taires pour leur disponibilitĆ© et le soin apportĆ© Ć  faire de notre sĆ©jour un moment fantastique. La maison est trĆØs belle, trĆØs fonctionnelle et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. La piscine est trĆØs belle et trĆØs propre, et c'est trĆØs agrĆ©able de se reposer sur le bord de la piscine au milieu des plantes. Capbreton est une trĆØs jolie ville et nous avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© ses plages et les villes aux alentours. Nous n'Ć©tions qu'Ć  20 km de Bayonne et Ć  une heure de San SĆ©bastian. Notre sĆ©jour fut une belle parenthĆØse pour chacun d'entre nous.

Bien Ć©quipĆ©e, trĆØs propre, confortable. L espace autour de la piscine est trĆØs bien. Les diffĆ©rences terrasses permettent diffĆ©rents espaces de vie en fonction du temps et des moments de la journĆ©e. Seul bĆ©mol, lā€™ameublement est fragile pour une famille avec des enfants en bas Ć¢ge.

Je rentre enchantĆ©, fin juin, d'un sĆ©jour Ć  CAPBRETON, rĆ©gion magnifique. La maison mise Ć  disposition correspond tout Ć  fait au descriptif et photos implĆ©mentĆ©s sur le site....et mĆŖme plus!! La cuisine est super Ć©quipĆ©e , il ne manque rien. En outre, la "plancha" permet de profiter d'une cuisson et repas au grand air au bord d'une magnifique piscine chauffĆ©e ce qui constitue un plus . La propretĆ© des diffĆ©rentes piĆØces, (spacieuses) ,toutes Ć©quipĆ©es d'une TV ! est Ć  montrer en exemple. La villa est au calme, Ć  l'abris du bruit et remarquablement situĆ©e Ć  quelques centaines de mĆØtres du centre. Le rapport qualitĆ© prix, au regard du bien mis Ć  disposition, est intĆ©ressant. Enfin, les propriĆ©taires sont aux petits soins, Ć  l'Ć©coute, et rĆ©actif, afin de faire du sĆ©jour une totale rĆ©ussite, ceci sans ĆŖtre envahissants ( ils ne se trouvent pas sur place). Rien Ć  ajouter....si ce n'est que j'y retournerai rapidement!

Nous revenons enchantĆ©s de notre sĆ©jour de 2 semaines chez Fabienne et Joel Benali, un couple trĆØs accueillant et sympathique. Une belle maison agrĆ©able Ć  vivre au quotidien pour nos 2 familles ( 4 adultes 4 enfants) Il y a tout le confort souhaitĆ© : 4 chambres 2 salles de bain, 2wc , piĆØces Ć©quipĆ©es de tĆ©lĆ©, Bouquet canal+ au salon , climatisation, cuisine entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e dont frigo amĆ©ricain ( idĆ©al les glaƧons pour l apĆ©ro !)... Parking privatif pour y garer 2 voitures. SituĆ© dans un quartier calme proche de tout (boulangerie, Supermarche) et du centre ville , il est facile de se rendre Ć  velo en bord de mer. Les enfants ont bien profitĆ© de la grande piscine chauffĆ©e sĆ©curisĆ©e par rideau dont les abords viennent d ĆŖtre rĆ©novĆ©s (carrelage non glissant) La rĆ©gion Ć©tant magnifique. Nous pensons dĆ©jĆ  revenir l annĆ©e prochaine.
