Watch the rocket launches from the beach only 15-20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 30 minutes from all the theme parks Disney, MGM studios, universal, Sea World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Visit Ron Jons famous surf shop, take a offshore fishing trip only minutes away at Port Canaveral, gambling boat, great eating establishments, watch the cruise ships come and go. All linens and towels provided, boogie board, sand toys.

I can't wait to go back!
This condo made for a great base for our most recent trip to Cape Canaveral. The location is nice and central, making for a short trip to all of the nearby points of interest in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and the beach access is very close. I also appreciated the assigned parking spots. The property is very well kept, and we got some great rest there while we weren't out enjoying the area.

The Complex was ok. The host emailed 12 hours before check in. The emailed said there was work men at the property, if I wanted To stay somewhere else they would understand. 12 Hours before check in .I emailed back and asked about parking and or a discount. The return email just said NO

Condo by the beach.
Such a great location! Condo was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. My husband's favorite feature was the closet that had "everything beachy". Chairs, beach blankets, pool noodles for the pool on premises . We could even see the ocean from the second floor. Neighbors were friendly . Rebecca was very accommodating We loved it!

The condo was clean & stocked with plenty of utensils to prepare & eat food. There were plenty of towels & some beach gear. The short walk to the beach was by far my favorite part of the condo. Everything that the owner of the condo could control was nice, unfortunately there were disappointing features (out of owner control) that impacted our stay. We read all the reviews before we chose this condo, it was repeatedly mentioned that whoever can smell the cigarette smoke must have a sensitive sense of smell. This is absolutely untrue. We believe one of the neighbors may smoke in their condo & that is the cause of the smell. It was truly horrendous... My husband & I are previous smokers so cigarette smoke doesn't phase us too much but every time we opened the door it was quite disagreeable. It is unfortunate because I really am not sure how the owner could help with this issue & I hate to drop the review down because of something out of their control. Additionally, there was no mention that there would be ongoing construction during our stay. We were woken up every morning with construction workers talking loudly, blaring music & loud construction noises. Again, out of owner control but still impacted our stay & we would've appreciated a heads up about it beforehand. Parking spots are tight. There was one night out of six with no available parking. Ultimately, we did not care to be in the condo longer than necessary because of the smell & construction.

Property was as advertised, great location for our needs. Very comfortable bed. Slight musty odor, was clean with the exception of the floors. Anytime we walked around with socks or bare feet, our feet were very dirty, may have just been an oversight with housekeeping.

Convenient getaway
The neighborhood has a friendly, local quality, even though it's just a mile from the more touristy Cocoa Beach. The beach is clean, relatively uncrowded, & quite wide at low tide. I love it here. The condo was nice. It's small, but large enough for 2. The faux fireplace/heater was a nice touch, as it was cold for part of my stay.

The owners were very gracious to let us in six hours early. My wife and I were on a cruise and got to Port and off the ship at 8:30 and they allowed us onto the property. Couldn’t ask for much more than that.

Great little place in a great area. Appreciate the beach toys. Other people have commented on the smoke smell, but I think it’s just imbedded from the surrounding apartments. I didn’t leave smelling like smoke nor did my clothes. For the price, it was great!

Our 2 week stay was just what we were looking for. The beach shack was just right for 2 people. Very clean. It was a short walk to the ocean/beach where we spent most of our time. We were amazed by 2 rocket launches! Very safe neighborhood where we walked 2-3 miles plus daily. We cooked at the unit, everything we needed was in the nice kitchen and also enjoyed the local cuisine. The hosts were very quick to respond and came over the first day to help us with the TV. Our first trip to Cape Canaveral. We are already planning our next trip there!

We both did not like the bed as it was very uncomfortable and no hand rails in the shower area, roaches everywhere, sitting areas were terrible and uncomfortable. We were not pleased and would not stay again there if need to go on a trip to stay will find another spot and all.

Perfect beach getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment this is just steps to the beach. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple! The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking! The bed was very comfortable! We will be back! Bonus: We were able to clearly see the Artemis launch from the beach without having to deal with traffic and a crowd! It’s a perfect location!
