This property is very convenient to the cruise port. Was an easy walk to the beautiful beach. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helful. We arrived at 10am and enjoyed a nice breakfast and the front desk staff allowed us to check in early instead of waiting until the "official" 4pm check in. It was a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and pillows.

I picked this property because it was near the cruise port. In fact it was directly across the street from carnival mardi gras. Property very clean, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We just stayed overnight. We had a nice view of the water and ship. If you are looking for activities though you wont find any here as there was not much in the area when we walled around. Its literally the cruise port area and parking garages. This hotel had a pool and some cabanas but didnt have a restaurant but across the street is a sister property that had a restaurant that was pretty good. I would stay again for an overnight spot.

We liked that the ocean was within walking distance from the hotel. The wooden walkway to the ocean was starting to show signs of "wear and tear" in some areas.

Overnight stay before a cruise
Stayed here for the night prior to boarding a cruise. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early. There was an additional standard charge for water in the room and the optional use of laundry. I understand that, but we werent going to use the laundry services and there were no water bottles in our room. Also, there was no shower curtain. I mentioned the shower curtain to the front desk and she said she'd have houskeeping take care of it. My wife later went to the front desk. She was able to get a couple bottlea of water since we had none in our room, but we never did get a shower curtain even after 2 requesrs. Still it was a good stay, clean, convient hotel witha good breakfast. They were accomodating to our needs for boarding our cruise. We woukd stay here again.
