Cape Paterson is your ideal getaway with the family, a quiet town that sits on the waters edge. Imagine a hop skip and jump from one of the most gorgeous beaches. A home that provides style, comfort and relaxation, as you walk through the main entrance you are greeted by a seating area that soaks up the suns rays through the large windows.

The ground floor also consists of a bedroom with a Queen bed and built in robes, this level is serviced by a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry is also located in this floor.

The first floor has a small living area and two bedrooms, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and built in robes, bedroom 3 has two single bunks sleeping 4, this level is also serviced by a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, you also have access to the balcony.

The second floor is where you will be spending most of your time, comprised of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen which expands on to the balcony with ocean views of Cape Paterson beach. An entertainment area for everyone where drinks and good food can be enjoyed. This floor is serviced by a powder room.

It doesn’t end here, this holiday home has a large backyard for the family to enjoy whether that be a game of cricket or a kick of the football. Even better the garage situated at the back of the property is a games room, a pool table and darts are there for your use as well as a seating area where you can listen to good music with a beer in hand. You can even bring your pet along, as we are pet friendly outside only.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Family friendly by the sea
Beautiful property perfect for extended family to enjoy Cape Paterson. 3 levels with gorgeous views over the ocean. Outside space is lovely to enjoy a beach break. Walk to the swimming beach and shops. Only potential negatives (depending on your requirements): one real living area and lots of stairs.
