We stayed at this property one night. We would not stay again for these reasons: 1). No access to ice. You have to ask the front desk for ice! 2). The tv is horrible. Your staying at a hotel, what do they think you are going to do? The signal goes out and limited stations. 3). One towel per person 4). One toilet paper. 5). The coffee in the lobby is 100 yrs old The good.. we paid for a king bed and harbor view. The breakfast was very good

The Loyalist needs some TLC from the grounds to the rooms. It’s a great location and comfy beds. Unfortunately, handed in broken coffee maker to receptionist to no acknowledgment or a replacement. The table in the room required folded board under a leg for stability. Would hope it gets the TLC it deserves.

Comfortable beds and pleasant staff but hotel is rather dated and needing some tlc, particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast was included but not very appealing. Scrambled eggs were cold and dining room itself was a bit chilly. Wouldn't stay again.

This place is a gem. We had a beautiful suite with a sitting area & a table & chairs. The included breakfast was amazing. Best of any hotel we ever stayed at. Real tables, tablecloths & silverware. They even serve you coffee at your table. Perfect! Just don’t eat in the bar/lounge. That’s definitely a bad idea.

There was mold in the shower, claw marks on the interior of the bathroom door, shower head was just hanging on the wall (not very secure) and the wardrobe was not presentable. Otherwise the food was amazing and great customer service.

The room was lovely. Wonderful view. Great price. Glad we could bring our dog. The bathroom facilities were also lovely however the cleanliness was poor. Mildew under the rim of the toilet which takes a while to grow. Black mold in tiles. Grim in tub. Broken tiles. Breakfast was just ok.

Overall furniture in rooms could use an upgrade. We had ragged wicker in our room. Lounge/restaurant was unbelievably slow..two plus hours for dinner. Breakfast was much better.

It was easily accessible, people were friendly. I would suggest making sure the shower bottles are full, the conditioner was empty, the towel rack in the bathroom had seen better days for sure, and some wash cloths would’ve been nice. I would also suggest screens on the ground floor windows. Other than those minor things, it was a peaceful stay and would stay again.

Overall the stay was good. Difficult to understand staff at front counter due to accents. The variety of food at breakfast was good but hot food was cold. We called the day before requesting early checkin. Staff said we would get a call day of arrival but we didn’t.
