Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.

Staff were amazing. Close to many restaurants. Close to waterfront. Clean hotel.

Disappointed

We checked in almost 1 hour late due to rooms not being ready…bathrooms need maintenance. we were booked for two nights and never slept at all, due to noise from the night club across the street that went on until 07:00 in the morning.

The hotel was satisfactory but did not meet my limited expectations. It is true that the breakfast is bad and that the rooms are small. There’s no closet so I left my clothes in my carry-on for my 2-week stay at the hotel. Shower is very nice but bring your own toiletries rather than the green all-in-one shampoo/soap provided.
A big bother for me and colleagues were the very uncomfortable beds and pillows. I did ask reception if other pillows were available and they said no. With the exception of one person, reception is helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is connected via the parking lot to its sister hotel which does have a small gym and bar with a rooftop area. The V&V restaurant at the sister hotel takes orders for pick-up too, however, overall the food is not very good.
Convenient 5-10 min walk to historical downtown area and 20 min to Waterfront.
