Stay was was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The heritage wing is dated and has creeky wooden floors which was disturbing and a noise thats annoying. The heritage wing also needs a refurb. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

Only the housekeeping will give 3 stars. If we requested anything they would deliver it an hour late. The rest of the hotel and staff we will give 5 stars
