Recently renovated, the perfectly equipped apartment in Capoliveri offers everything you would expect from a pleasant stay on the island of Elba: the sea view and the island of Montecristo, the vibrant Italianità sprawling local life, the tranquility for a relaxing holiday.
A covered terrace offers protection against too much sun, on an additional balcony swimsuits and bath towels dry after a day on one of the beautiful beaches in the area.
The apartment is open and airy, it should be too hot, an air conditioner helps to cool the temperatures.
The apartment corresponds to an "open space". An open sleeping loft - protected by a glass balustrade - has a double bed, a bedroom in the lower area is connected by a large opening to the living room.
The household equipment leaves nothing to be desired: In no time can conjure up an Italian menu, which is maintained with attractive table linen (cloth napkins!) can enjoy on the terrace. The dishwasher helps to get the kitchen clean again.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Capoliveri, the pedestrian area. Free parking is available around the resort. In the months of June / July and August, it is advisable to rent a fixed parking space for fifteen euros per day.

Fulfilling vacation
Capoliveri reminds me of Matera, but with sweeping views of the sea. It's also how Vernazza once was 20+ years ago. This town is historical, CLEAN, architecturally beautiful, pedestrian friendly, bursting with flowers and planters where people from all over the island seem to gravitate - it is not isolated. and yet, it is not a fabricated gated Disney, thank goodness. This apartment is perfectly situated & outfitted in such a European way - engineered & designed intelligently with good esthetics. The views from every room are stellar - even the loft allows you to see out the french doors. Views of the church steeple from the bedroom, the town from the living room, the sea from the kitchen. Take your pick from the patios. Communication with hosts is easy & quick. We wasted money on a 3-day bus pass and after one day decided to rent a car to have freedom and time to see what we wanted, when we wanted, and as fast as we wanted - you're not in Rome with busses every couple minutes going in every direction. We worked out a very close parking spot with owners.The town is so beautiful - the art, laid back social feel, and in Italian fashion - family friendly. Capoliveri wakes up early with shops and bakeries and music and the church bells and people visiting. Then as traditional Italian towns do, Capoliveri takes its siesta to remind you to rest before it wakes up in the evening for great socializing. No question, we would stay in this apartment again.

A wonderful stay!
A perfect place to stay in Elba. The apartment was comfortable and stylish and the location was perfect! Capoliveri is a great town with lots of dining and shopping options only steps away, and beautiful beaches are accessible by a short bus ride. Thank you Birgit! This was the highlight of our Italy trip.

Ein perfekter Urlaub von A-Z
Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Urlaub in dieser charmanten Wohnung im Herzen von Capoliveri alle sehr genossen. Alles hat von der Buchung bis zur Abreise reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und uns eine super ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung gestellt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage von Capoliveri ist perfekt für Ausflugsziele und es befinden sich viele schöne Buchten und Strände in der Nähe. Auch die Klimaanlage hat super gekühlt bei den heißen Temperaturen. Super war auch der Parkplatz, der uns unweit der Wohnung vermittelt wurde. Wir können diesen Urlaub sehr weiterempfehlen, an alle, die sich erholen möchten und auch das Nachtleben lieben.

Jederzeit wieder! Wer Capoliveri kennt und dort weilen will, der bekommt mit diesem Apartment eine wunderbare Location. Birgit Heger ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit einem jederzeit unkomplizierten Kontakt. Wir haben uns sofort und rund um wohl gefühlt.
