No clerk. I could not check in. I didn’t stay the night. I was 7th guest to arrive no staff, no clerk for 3 hours. Management unresponsive. Cleaning lady no speak English. After 30min of no staff, no service I left. I expect a full refund. I went to another hotel.

I was scammed, never stayed there. Never got a confirmation and to be told by Hotels.com that they couldn’t do anything about it, is very disappointed due that I checked my credit card two days later for the unknown charges. I stayed in one of their hotels, but got charged for another one.

Well honestly there's Lot of pill smokers first morning I went to work and guess what I see. A bunch of black carbon burnt from the smoking of pills or fetty. And then the next morning as I'm walking to my truck now right out side the hall right off the sidewalk a bunch of puke most likely from some fetty pill smoking loser. And the day staff was kind of a rude piece it seemed kinda bossy when I handed him the paper so that I could get my deposit back he days to me like hes a superior to me or something. He's all sit down over there bla bla bla and it seemed like they were slow walking me. I could taken it wrong cuz I was kind of in a hurry. But anyway so the remote for the TV didnt work and the microwave stopped working. They don't even do breakfast anymore when they have a area where they did do breakfast. There either super cheep or they don't care cuz they are clearly lazy oh yeah and supposedly there phones don't work cuz I tried calling down to the desk the first night to say something about the remote not working. The phone from what I could hear was definitely ringing like it worked. The morning guy at the counter said phone had been out and not working for 2 or more months but I could sure hear it ringing you know the sound that it makes when you make a phone call the ringing yeah that it was doing that just fine so I feel really that what it is again the laziness of their staff is downright just laziness they need to shape that place up put some money back into it

I left my room to run some errands, by the time I came back at 6pm there was no one at the desk I waited and waited still no one at the desk to help get in my room, it’s 11:00 pm still no one at the desk on Sunday March 17 2024, I tried to go another hotel, but my bag and my clothes we locked in my room, and what’s worse I have to travel and my document is in my bag which locked in my room, it’s 2:00 am in the morning still no one at the desk, how’s that acceptable? Absolutely disgusting, homeless people are running around the lobby, I felt unsafe throughout the night, I spent the whole night at lobby because I didn’t have my documents to go and check in another hotel, absolutely disgusting, how the hell this Ramada Kent Seattle area is in operation is beyond me,
