Welcome to my home!

A contemporary, two-story family home in the idyllic and family-friendly suburbs of Rumney. Just within a short 5-minute drive to a Tesco Superstore where you can pick up your daily essentials, and a direct route to Cardiff Central where you can get in and out of the city within 15 minutes. My home is 87m2 in size, fully furnished and features clean lines and many windows that let in natural sunlight to help brighten the space.

Make yourself comfortable and settle in the living room, where you can unwind on the couch and watch all your favourite shows on the TV. The kitchen and dining are spacious and kitted out with all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals, and it has a charming dining set that overlooks the expansive back garden outside my home.

Two rooms are equipped with king-size beds, and one room with a single bed is ideal for small children. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.

Additionally, the bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up throughout your stay, while there's an extra toilet room for guests to use freely. Towels and toiletries are given at no additional cost.

Rest assured; my home is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
