Welcome to our stylish and spacious one bedroom apartment in Newport, Wales

As you step inside you will be greeted with our warm and inviting open plan living space, featuring modern and tasteful décor. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and the utensils you require to make yourself at home. Prepare and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal at the table set for four. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine/dryer, which is perfect for those here to work or on an extended stay. When it comes to chilling out or socialising, sit yourself on our comfy sofa in front of a smart TV featuring all your favourite streaming apps. The sofa is also a sofa bed, accommodating up to 2 guests. Guests can also enjoy high speed free WiFi.

In the generously sized bedroom you will find a luxurious and comfortable bed topped with high quality, complimentary linen. There is also a wardrobe in the bedroom, allowing you plenty of storage space so that you can really make yourself at home.

This apartment has one sparkling bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Complimentary fresh and fluffy towels are provided alongside complimentary toiletries for all guests to enjoy.

Take advantage of the apartment’s central location and explore Newport’s rich history and culture. Visit Newport Castle, explore the art galleries or take a stroll along the River Usk. The apartment is also just a short drive away from some of Wales’s most stunning natural landscapes, such as the Wye Valley. You will be just an 8-minute walk / 6-minute drive to the centre of Newport where you will find lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Friar’s Walk is home to a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and a Bowling alley. Just a short walk from here and you will find Newport High Street, home to more shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Whichever direction you are headed this apartment is ideally located, with easy access to the M4 motorway.

This stylish and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location in a quieter residential area of Newport but still close to the centre.

The nearest train station is Newport Train Station which is a 17 minute walk or a 5. minute drive connecting you to Wales and beyond. The bus station is a 13 minute walk / 6 minute drive or there are bus stops situated on the same street as the apartment connecting you to Newport.

T&C

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
