The staff we met were the best we’ve experienced. So kind and caring particularly towards our grandson, engaging with him. The hotel is in an ideal place for staying in the bay. Our room was comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping let my score down as I had to call and ask for milk and a mug. These items were not replaced when room serviced. Bathroom was not refreshed either although they did take wet bath mat. Get that right and 5 stars deserved.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel - away from the city centre - so it is a bit of a walk but the hotel is in an amazing location overlooking the water. Staff were very courteous and pleasant throughout and extremely helpful to all queries. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely family night away with our two teenage boys. Room had two comfortable double beds, the room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view over the bay. We all used the swimming pool facilities during family swim time and enjoyed the pool. Lovely breakfast with a good variety.

The lights went out while we stayed there. Our air conditioning and TV came on after an hour but the rest of our lights stayed off and we couldn’t get many channels. Because it happened in the middle of the night, we had no idea that power had been fully restored to the rest of the hotel after 45 mon

Awesome chill out hotel
Fantastic setting overlooking Cardiff Bay with tastefully appointed rooms. The staff are all welcoming and very efficient at their jobs. There is an excellent spa and pool with wonderfully relaxing hydro therapy jets. Perfect hotel for a business trip where you can relax and unwind, or ideal location from which you can explore Cardiff.

Friendly staff at reception, lounge and dining area. Our room was clean, well equipped- we couldn’t be more pleased. We have stayed in this hotel many times and have always had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this hotel.
