Only one ice machine is working. The outdoor pool was filled and clean looking but was not open to the guests. Isn't that part of our price for staying there? I stayed July 11th thru 13th and the cartons of milk were dated to expire July 10th. There was No milk available on Sunday. What ever they use for bacon was nasty.

1ST. place in Penn. that I stayed in that has been enjoyable in a 3 yr. span.Other hotels have been less than clean and questionable. Maybe my standards are a bit high but it is not a pleasant surprise to wake up in the nitetime and see bugs in many places. Keep your suitcase zipped otherwise you will just take them home with you. This was not the case at this location, appears to have been freshly renovated and well kept. Showers worked well and A/C.... CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN Looking to return often when I travel this area. Kudos to the entire staff. Tom

I loved my room with a king bed and a bathtub for soaking after a long day out sightseeing. There was a few things in the room that needed to be fixed when I checked in such as a loose faucet in the sink and a very loose toilet seat. I tightened those up instead of bothering the hotel as it was a simple fix. It should have been taken care of before I checked into the room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the whole weekend with very high temperatures all 3 days that I was there. As mentioned in other reviews, there was a pile of trash bags that were dumped outside the back door. It would be nice if they would have trash cans to put the trash in as that would be more sanitary. The staff was very polite and went out of their way to make it a very good stay.

Great hotel overall for the money. Safe and quiet despite the major highway running through the backyard. Dining options close by and staff were nice. The beds werenā€™t the most comfortable but not terrible. The room is a bit small and the shower wasnā€™t refreshed like the rest of the room, but the TV was large and new. The breakfast selection was decent. The pool and ice machine on our floor was not working, but I would stay here again as these things were just temporary Im sure.
