Very disappointed customer
The door into room had a 2 inch gap under it. I had to stuff towels under door to stop bugs from coming in from outside. The room had small holes in walls all over the place. The curtain had a big rip in it. The toilet seta was broke. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The vents for a/c was filthy. When i turned it on i got covered in dust.

WE ARRIVED & WERE TOLD THEY HAD OUR RESERVATION BUT DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. WE STAYED AT A DIFFERENT MOTEL. TWO LOCAL POLICE CARS WERE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE WHEN WE GOT THERE.

There were bugs in both rooms! At least three different types of bugs. The condition of the rooms was in serious need of updating. Loose screws in walls, toilet paper holder broken, stained and torn lamp shade, carved grafitti on inside door, paint splatters on floor, dirt and dust in corners. And no outside light on one of the rooms. I am surprised that Wyndham has put their name on this hotel.

The effort being made to give facility a facelift but had a cockroach in bathtub and entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke and overall run down and dated.
