Terrible Experience ā€“ Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the room was in terrible condition. The bed linens were dirty, and there weren't enough clean towels, which were also filthy. The bathroom faucet was broken, making it difficult to shower properly. The entire hallway smelled awful, and the sofa in the room was so dirty that we couldn't even sit on it comfortably. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's obvious that corporate has been shorting the maintainence budget. The hall carpets were bleach stained, the light outside my door was out (though it was the only one in the hall), hvac required a block of instruction, lights were borked (had bulbs out, bases scratched and rusty/had red spots on them or would only come on if you reached behind the couch and plugged it in/out), towels stained and had holes, pillows (pillow cases stained, couch pillows stained, 3/4 bed pillows were bags filled with chunks of foam rubber), no blanket or spread on the bed (had to ask for a blanket), and *I didn't get a hot shower the entire 5 days I was there (tepid, warmish, warm, almost hot!, tepid - was told that the water heater was being fixed, but come on!) and the furnishings were obviously old and worn That said, it was also wonderful to fix my own food and have a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchenette had wonderful counter space and I've lived in apartments with less. I'd have liked an oven or toaster oven to bake things, but the microwave was large and adequate. A full size closet was fantastic. I *want* to stay again and challenge Motel 6/Studio 6 to update the furnishings (repair or replace) and give them a budget adequate to repair the water heater promptly (if needed) and discard linens that are stained or torn (seriously, Motel 6, I expect better of you and you should be ashamed that those nice employees had to apologize for stained and threadbare linens).

This hotel property is ā€” and has been for some time ā€” a rapid degradation of its entire operation. The swimming pool that is widely displayed on the promotional websites has not been operational for a very long time, and the breakfast items supposedly included in your stay, do not exist. Furthermore, the carpeting throughout the property is so filthy and rancid, you dare not be barefooted, do to the strong possibility of contracting a transferable fungus or disease. The guest rooms are not cleaned and/or maintained properly, and be aware, if you are planning on utilizing any dish, pan, or utensil in the ā€œfood prep area,ā€ be sure to pre-wash before using, they still have the residue from the previous guestā€™s meal.

COCKROACH INFESTED
After a long day at Legoland, we arrived to this hotel at 9:30pm. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Upon opening the door to our room and turning the light on, 40ish cockroaches fled the entry way. We turned around and went back to the front desk to notify them. The employee asked if we would like a different room or a refund. He wasnt in shock or disbelief so they must already know this is an issue. Do not book this hotel. We got a refund and were stuck looking for a last minute safe and clean hotel for my family to stay in.

Unfortunately, the sofa was extremely dirty and had holes in it. The sheets were stained, the water did not drain in the sink and worst of all, there were roaches in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. ALL LIES, the place is filthy beyond dirty. Their were ants crawling on the stove top and roaches crawling in the bathrooms. The furniture was so visibly soiled with food and God knows what else. Rips and tears on the furniture it look like something you will see on the side of the road. The mattress was visibly soil and not covered with multiple strands of different hair types & with bugs crawling I couldn't rule out bed bugs. The receptionist offered me another room but it was in the same condition. I ask him if all the rooms were this way he said, "YES". I asked for a refund of my money. I haven't gotten yet .. I checked in to the Hilton down the street. I did not stay the night there. My suggestion skip this place please.
