When I checked in I found out later the manger and GM were at the front desk. Later that night I tried to take a shower after a long day driving and it was maybe lukewarm at that moment. So I called the front desk spoke to Micheal and he explained he would let maintenance know in the AM. Also thyough the cold night I tried to turn on the heater that also didnā€™t work. So of course I told Micheal this as well. Well the next day I find out this whole time Iā€™m being lied to because the ā€œhot waterā€ has been broken for over a month. They do t have it posted any where and do f bother to tell people when they check in. So of course I demand to speak to a manager but Mr. Patel doesnā€™t come back in till noon. Jessica was great she was the only person choosing to tell people the truth upon checkin. So as Iā€™m going out to my car my husband and I saw the same guy from previous day when I checked in, I told him you were here when I checked in why didnā€™t you tell me the hot water wasnā€™t working along with the heater. Which at this point Iā€™m finding he is the GM Mr. Patel. He says to me that all rooms arenā€™t like that, I told him if only a few rooms I would want to know about it if Iā€™m checking in. This allows me to make a decision if I want to stay or not. I told him my issues. Also I found out my room has a broken coil so the heater canā€™t be fixed. He told me to wait around till between noon and 1pm it never came on, I checked out early!! Still waiting on my money. I will report issues.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. The blankets smelled dirty with old blood stains. On the first night I witnessed cockroaches. The room smelled like cigarettes. The hallway smelled like mildew. Our curtains were broken and felt unsafe in the first floor. The microwave was not working. There were sticky spots in the carpet that felt like gum. On the other hand, the employees were friendly.

This place was the worst motel or any place Iā€™ve ever booked. The staff was really nice but overall it was unsafe once you go to park guys in lot and the door was secure, locked or anything! The first room just had roaches in room and everywhere. The 2nd room had them in hallway n over main lobby to even get to room! There was men staring and looking at my car I didnā€™t like that and women in outfit idk for Halloween or wat but they were really bad I think for prostitution

Where do i start? 3 ice machine that still dont work. Bed sheets were dirty from previous occupation. And Cockroaches were everywhere. I give this place 1 star. They were lucky to get that.

Terrible Experience ā€“ Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the room was in terrible condition. The bed linens were dirty, and there weren't enough clean towels, which were also filthy. The bathroom faucet was broken, making it difficult to shower properly. The entire hallway smelled awful, and the sofa in the room was so dirty that we couldn't even sit on it comfortably. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's obvious that corporate has been shorting the maintainence budget. The hall carpets were bleach stained, the light outside my door was out (though it was the only one in the hall), hvac required a block of instruction, lights were borked (had bulbs out, bases scratched and rusty/had red spots on them or would only come on if you reached behind the couch and plugged it in/out), towels stained and had holes, pillows (pillow cases stained, couch pillows stained, 3/4 bed pillows were bags filled with chunks of foam rubber), no blanket or spread on the bed (had to ask for a blanket), and *I didn't get a hot shower the entire 5 days I was there (tepid, warmish, warm, almost hot!, tepid - was told that the water heater was being fixed, but come on!) and the furnishings were obviously old and worn That said, it was also wonderful to fix my own food and have a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchenette had wonderful counter space and I've lived in apartments with less. I'd have liked an oven or toaster oven to bake things, but the microwave was large and adequate. A full size closet was fantastic. I *want* to stay again and challenge Motel 6/Studio 6 to update the furnishings (repair or replace) and give them a budget adequate to repair the water heater promptly (if needed) and discard linens that are stained or torn (seriously, Motel 6, I expect better of you and you should be ashamed that those nice employees had to apologize for stained and threadbare linens).
