Found mattress with old blood stains. Swimming pool had hair balls. At 5:30 am found our receipt on the floor by the door, I prefer the receipt should be given at checkout. I felt it was unprofessional. This location is under staff. One staff did almost everything. Overall, it was nice.

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in especially the bathroom! The bed was very comfortable. The woman who did my check in was so friendly despite the AC being out in her portion of the first floor. She was positive and kind. There was a bad storm when we needed to head out for an event, and the maintenance man offered to pull our car around to the covered parking so my daughter and I didn’t have to get soaked. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Wifi only between 6:30 -9:30 is very very inconvenient for businesses. Staff service was great. You need to have a corkscrew opener available for guests.
