The upper rear deck of the property is 13' x 13' private deck with an ocean view. This quieter space; features a grill, an in-fared heater, as well as a dining table and chairs.

The main attraction of the area is of course the expansive sands and waves of the pacific ocean. Downtown Carlsbad is large enough to offer days of exploitative culinary and retail therapy! Minuets from Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields and the Museum of Music. Easy day trips are Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, the Midway Museum, and Balboa Park with its many theaters, museums and exhibits. Disneyland and Knott's Berry farm are reasonable day trips as well. Only an hour away with good traffic.
