Set over three floors, Weavers cottage boasts a comfortably chic open plan living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own stylish bathroom. The spacious master suite boasts a Superking size bed, plentiful storage and an open plan bathroom with views to die for. Weavers cottage seamlessly blends the rustic charm of this period cottage along with an interior designer high-end finish. It is fully equipped with a Smart Tv, dishwasher, Washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, oven and induction hob.

Step through the front door into the comfortable lounge space, the interior scheme blends hues of Oatmeal, stone and strong white, creating a calming and relaxing space, two sumptuous sofas in front of a vast open fire invite you to relax after a day spent exploring the beautiful countryside. Its open plan style leads you through into the dining area, comfortably seating four, dressed in muted tones of cream and stone, the original hearth has been restored to its original beauty with a nod to times gone by, the perfect place to enjoy a lazy breakfast or leisurely brunch.

The kitchen is tucked away down two Oak stairs, it is light and bright with three windows allowing light to flood the space, it is equipped with everything even the most accomplished chef would need to create a meal for any occasion. The deep Belfast sink is in the centre of space, nestled between the stylish shaker style units, a dishwasher, Hob, Oven, integrated Microwave, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine provide all the amenities needed for your holiday. The Oak breakfast bar with seating for two is the perfect place to perch and chat or enjoy a morning coffee whilst baking pastries in the oven.

The kitchen leads out onto the private terrace with a lovely leafy outlook over rooftops across to St Mary’s Church and the fells beyond, a bistro table and four chairs, the perfect place for al-fresco dining, a sunny breakfast or a pe dinner G&T. In a separate unit, a couple of metres from the back door lies the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer available for use during your stay.

Moving upstairs, Weavers cottage conveniently boasts a luxurious bedroom suite on each floor, the first staircase leads up to the second suite, with its neutral hue it is the epitome of calm, the oversized headboard frames the King-size hand tufted bed, the perfect place for a dreamy nights sleep. The bedroom offers plentiful storage with a chest of 5 drawers and a gentleman’s wardrobe, the original fireplace takes centre stage in the room and a round mirror finishes the room with hotel room glam. For families, the bed can be split into small single beds by pre-arranged request. The first-floor bathroom is adorned with a luxury rain forest shower, w.c and washbasin.

Climbing the second staircase leads you up the second-floor master suite, continuing the neutral theme, the bedroom blends natural wood with luxurious fabrics, and the large windows allow light to flood through creating a bright and inviting space. The Super-king bed is vast and inviting, boasting a luxury hand-tufted mattress, high thread count bedding and luxury hotel quality pillows. The bedroom is adorned with a hand-built wardrobe with plentiful storage, ideal for those who choose not to travel light. The bedroom leads through into the open-plan luxury bathroom, with a large deep tub bath, w.c and basin. The large window boasts views over the famous three peaks, make sure you find time to soak in the tub whilst soaking in the breath-taking countryside views at the same time.

Parking:

Parking for Weavers Cottage is available outside for short periods of time. There is paid parking a few minutes walk from the cottage called New Road 2, LA6 2AD.You can find more information on 3 and 7 day passes on the South Lakeland Government website.

Key lock box code:To access Weavers Cottage there is a key lock box located next to the front door. The code for this lock box is 6688. Please get in touch if you are struggling to find the home - we'd be more than happy to help direct you.

Heating:The heating is controlled by the Hive controller which you can find on the first floor.

General waste recycling:Please use the waste bins numbered 37 which you can find at the back of the property and access via the kitchen - these bins are for general waste and recycling, the waste management company separates everything after collection.

Washing Machine DryerThere is a washer/dryer available for guest use in the outdoor utility room. This is located out the back door and down the steps to the left. The first wooden door under archway will be padlocked. The code for this is 6688 and there is a button under on the padlock base to press.

Travel cot:If you plan to use the travel cot please note that we do not provide the mattress or any bedding so remember to bring your own.
