This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. No on-site parking is available. This property accepts major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in all accommodation. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 5 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 5 and over; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 3 days prior to check-in.

• Visitors travelling with a child may be required by the property to present the following documents: at check-in, parents travelling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be obligated to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Colombian citizens). If a relative or legal guardian is travelling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be obligated to present a notarised consent of travel signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is travelling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors planning to travel with children should consult a Colombian consulate office in advance of travel for additional guidance.
• Children aged 8 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed on site.
