The Space:

The second floor is home to a magnificent main room stretching over 20 square meters, which features a king bed and an option for a mattress on the floor, allowing for adaptable sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom on the same floor provides two single beds, with an option for a trundle bed or a mattress on the floor, along with a private bathroom and a stylish ultra-slim 55" smart TV adorned with beautiful mirrored artwork. The third bedroom features a queen bed, complemented by a 43" swivel smart TV, providing high-definition sound and a shared bathroom.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Club Beach), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 75 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, also you can access the private beach club so you can live an all-inclusive experience

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
