The property was well presented, staff were friendly and the location is excellent. Was a little disappointed that my shirt went missing. I realised after checkout that I left it on the bed. The cleaners had gone through the room since and the shirt was no where to be found. The air conditioning was also very noisy.

Modern Upscale boutique hotel, in prime location for exploring the old city. Professional and courteous staff, added to our enjoyment of our stay. If you can get a balcony room, they are a little noisier than an interior courtyard room, but from the balcony, you can experience the hustle and bustle of old Cartagena.
