Manager was awesome!
Stayed here for one night when I had a 5:30 am flight. The hotel manager was awesome. She had an unruly guest who was causing problems in the lobby and she was very apologetic and even offered me a refund if I wasn't comfortable staying (it was fine). Then I couldn't get on wi-fi and she worked so hard to find a solution and finally get me access for an important business meeting. The only reason for a lower review is that they are remodeling and my room had a wierd shower curtain that wouldn't stay shut, there was a really long black hair on the shower wall, and the TV wasn't even hooked up. But I also know the Manager gave me a room purposefully away from the people causing the problems so I'd still go back!

Nice rooms
Room was very large but came with only 1 chair a vru small and uncomfortable couch. Need to add some furniture to empty space like a table with chairs etc. Almost no lighting in open area. And only 2 tiny garbage cans. Room was clean and nice but oddly empty.....

My husband and I chose this hotel for the convenience to the airport. We chose this hotel from past experiences traveling. The location of the hotel was sketchy the room was filthy, and the lingering odor of marijuana was unbearable.

One night stay. Room had two small desk lamps. One didn’t work and the other barely provided enough light. The front desk did exchange one of the lamps for one that work. The phone was crackled when using it. The heater made a whining sound periodically when running. The direct tv box and/or the remote would not stay on the channel we wanted to watch. At times the tv would just a scroll on its on. The front desk person came up and reset it which I had done twice already. We just ended up turning it off. The bathroom was dirty. The front desk worker was very helpful and apologetic for the issues. She offered to move us but my 88 yr old mother was extremely tired and was already in bed. The front desk worker did call her supervisor and it appears I will not be charged for the stay or I will get my points back. I have always had good luck at this hotel brand so I am extremely disappointed.

Stayed near the airport for an early morning flight. Great and caring service with a free airport shuttle outside of regular hours (picked me up at the airport at 1am, drove me back at 5:30am). Solid breakfast options with hotel staff serving breakfast earlier because there were a very guests with early departing flight. Roomed were clean and well appointed.

Our bathroom door did not shut and was being held by an Allen key. Also there foot they served for breakfast was either old or had mildew. I had potatoes that were rubbery and tasted like rubber. Then I had a bagel open my cream cheese it was mildewed. Then thought my milk would be good and it was soured. It was like they kept putting it back in the refrigerator.
