The room was not cleaned carpet was old and dirty the sheets were stained. At least I hoped they were stained and not dirty. I was exhausted and did not want to cause a Fuss.

Tv didn't work, remote didn't work, key card didn't work 3x needed replacedover and over, clerks at desk took long time to check in people, then fire alarm went off due to smoke detector in someone's room and it wouldn't shut off the alarm. I tried to get a refund but the manager there at night was not helpful. He lied to me that it was refunded... it was in fact not, cause he didn't do a thing on the computer. Good thing i asked for the receipt (he wrote on there "refund" but didn't actually do anything) and called travelocity to get it refunded.

The hotel is old and in need of repairs and a good cleaning. I had problems with the tv not working and had to wait until the next day for service. No pool or spa and breakfast was non-existent.

Filthy and smelly. Seems like the maid must have quit months ago and the owner stopped giving a sh** years ago. There was more homeless people than towels in the room. Not sure how or why this place is in business. Expedia really should remove this property from the list so nobody ever has be exposed to this nightmare.

We stayed here on two weekends in a row both were bad. I reviewed the first weekend and told about the second by mistake. I thought it can’t be that bad two Westin a row. But I was wrong. The beds were better the second time but service was way worse. Avoid this place!

Carpet dirty, tv not hooked up. Requested floor level if no elevator. Big trouble with stairs! No batteries in remote. Beds were ok. Hard to communicate with young girl at counter. We were a late arrival, but they showed no compassion at all. Will never be back to this place.

This is by far the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this property associated with them. The property is run down to the point I thought I was in a place for the homeless. The rugs had not been vacuumed for quite a while. The hand rails where sticky. The parking lot has pot holes and filthy with trash and crumbled cement. Unkempt people hanging out at the front entrance. The room never cooled down on the lowest setting. The shower curtain bar was broken. The TV volume would not go up or down. The pillows were extremely flat, and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose not connected to the sink. That was room 216. We arrived late around 10:30 and found the entrance difficult to find. Looked like you were entering into a dead end. We wanted to leave but already paid and too late to find other accommodations. We did not feel safe. Not a good night. This was the night of July 15, 2024. Denny Decker; Please contact me.

I read other poor reports and I have stayed at this property before so could not understand the bad reports. Property is not state of the art but my room was clean, linen and towels were good and I got breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Good value. some cleaning needed in communal areas but very suitable to my purposes of a shower and a bed after 28hr international flight.

We requested a room for 5. Upon check-in we found they could not. When I asked I was told they could not accommodate us - I asked for a refund because we would need to find other accommodation. Staff was good, professional & courtous, grounds outside kept pretty clean but inside was dirty. Carpets filthy, walls dirty and generally speaking was in need of a good cleaning. The room was clean at first glance but beware, the longer you look the more ick you see. The AC fan was permanently set at one speed so it took a long time to cool the room. I would recommend IF your looking for a cheap stay and cleanliness is a non issue. Price for night 1 person cheapest around the airport.

For the college baseball world series, price is too high for this place. Homeless lady sleeping on the sofa. Police came to get her out. It's a place to sleep if your by yourself. Not for my family.

Hello, I almost never give good or bad feedback, but our recent stay at the Super 8 was horrendous. The only reason that we stayed at this motel was that it was backed by the Wyndham brand. This was the absolute worst room that I've ever stayed at. The carpet between the bathroom and living room was peeled back exposing the carpet tack down nails. There was yellow liquid seeping from the ceiling near the bed. The chair in the room was so dilapidated that the fake pleather was torn and decaying. There was still hair in the shower from the previous stay. My wife woke up with a bug bite on her leg. When we left in the morning, it looked like a homeless man was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. The only good thing about our stay was that the shuttle to the airport was flawless.
