Excellent value for money, very good location and clean facilities including rooms. Security and safety is present all the time. However only thing is that elevator is from ground floor and up. Would have been good if elevator went to the basement underground parking garage as well.

As a basic budget hotel it is what was generally expected. Good points were location, staff were helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Condition of bathroom was poor as the push button was not fixed properly and kept falling off but i managed to fix it in place, also the toilet seat was not straight and not fixed properly.

Although the website claims the room has an AC, it actually only has a heater, not a cooling system. The humidity was unbearable, and had we known this earlier, we would have checked out and found another hotel.

Its a budget hotel. I think I got what i paid for. Neighborhood seemed safe. The lobby was always clean. Fatna (the cleaner) and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is so and so. On the bad side, curtains are dirty, I had problems with Wifi but I am not sure they were problems with the Hotel Wifi, when you go out of the room the door does not close automatically, but stays a little bit open and this may be a problem as you might not notice and there are no security cameras in the corridor. Cleaning service takes two days to clean a shirt On the upside: location is central, staff is friendly, hot water works fine, the hotel is quiet, bed is confortable and clean and the buffet in the morning is quite good. And it is quite cheap for being near the center of Casablanca. I would have given 3.5 stars, I gave 4.

Great experience for budget traveler. Only complain i have is that the pillows are horrible, they could really use some new more fuller/comfortable pillows. Cleanliness used to be better, there was a bunch of garbage under the bed.

Don't waste your time and money booking a stay here, these people are so greedy for money they'll practically will steal from you. I reserved a stay here paid a protection fee, but unfortunately due to my aevm application not going through in time, i called expedia to cancel but these greedy people refused and charged me for the room while i didn't even travel.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! I booked a room for my mother-in-law at this property, but the actual room was nothing like the pictures on the Expedia listing. When we brought this up with the front desk agent, they casually admitted, "Yes, we use pictures of the hotel next door, so what?!" Unbelievable! The room was also extremely dirty. When we reported this, the front desk said we could switch rooms the next day. My mother-in-law had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room herself—it was that filthy. Please avoid this hotel; they don't deserve your business!
