In the town of Casale Marittimo (PI), in an enchanting panoramic position it is an ancient eighteenth-century farmhouse called Casalevecchio, in the immediate vicinity of which the remains of an Etruscan settlement of the eighth century are located at. C.
The rural building is surrounded by agricultural land of 140. 000 square meters, which is accessed by a country road of about 1 km. The large car park, private, is a few dozen meters from the house. The sea is visible from any point of the farm and a 15-minute drive.
The nearest beach is in Marina di Bibbona. The distance from roads, highways, railways and towns make Casalevecchio a location totally quiet, cool in summer because of its position at about 200 meters s. L.M. .
A circular pool (7m in diameter for 1,30m in height) located above ground, is available at 80 meters from the farmhouse and runs from early June to early September.
The surrounding plains and rolling hills offer pleasant cycling trips for the whole family. Unforgettable walks at sunset along the endless beaches of the coast and in the back-dune pine forests as well as in the hilly woods where they live, in a typically Mediterranean vegetation, wild boar, roe deer, fallow deer, foxes, badgers and other wild animals.
Archaeological remains everywhere in the territory, attest to ancient civilizations of the past that flourished in this part of Tuscany, from prehistoric populations to the first Italic peoples to the Etruscans and Romans. Wherever you come across medieval villages, perched on hills and framed by olive groves, pine, cypress and oak trees.
The Etruscan settlement of the ancient house, which was destroyed at the beginning of the first century. C. in the war between the Roman consuls Marius and Sulla, is located with its romantic ruins atop the hill Casalevecchio and is easily reached on foot.
The view from this place is beautiful: the colors of the setting sun light up the Tuscan archipelago and the same Corsica on the horizon for unforgettable moments.

sehr schöne Gegend, freundliche Vermieter . die Ferien- wohnung eine Katastrofe , dunkel ,keine Heizung , Möbel vom Sperrmüll, Küchen- Einrichtung mangelhaft . Nicht weiter zu empfehlen , Von diesen 5 Wohnungen war unsere die schlechtere , wir sind enttäuscht vorzeitig abgereist ! ohne Geld zurück !

Reise in die Stille
Wir waren als Familie in der Unterkunft und uns hat es Sehr gut gefallen. Man hatte jetzt nicht eine modere Wohnung es war ein altes Bauernhaus mit einem zeitlich angepassten Anstrich. Die Einrichtung war vorhanden aber gerade die neueren Sachen schon ganz schön abgenutzt. Das rustikale Sideboard und der rustikale Kleiderschrank die waren noch richtig in Ordnung. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden für Frühstück und einem einfachen Abendessen. Aber auch die hatte auch schon bessere Jahre gehabt, war auch schon ganz schön abgearbeitet. Aber das Bad das hätte echt mal eine Sanierung gebraucht, der Warmwasserspeicher hat getropft und die Türklinke war nicht fest und auch so da hätte man echt mal nen neuen Anstrich machen können. Es war aber alles Sauber und aufgeräumt. Da wir nicht so pingelig sind und eh mehr unterwegs waren als in der Unterkunft konnten wir ganz gut damit leben. Der Pool war super und sauber, vielleicht wäre ein direkter Weg dahin mal noch sinnvoll nicht das man immer übers Feld laufen muss. Nachts war es richtig ruhig und auch richtig gut zum runterfahren. Also nur Naturgeräusche. WLan war da und hat ,,fast´´ immer funktioniert. Also wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden.

Tout d'abord, les instructions par l'hôte pour arriver jusqu'à la maison située dans les collines en hauteur étaient claires. Une fois arrivée dans cette grande maison en pierre divisée en plusieurs logements on peut admirer une splendide vue à 360 degrés avec la mer au loin. La maison est équipée par tout ce qu'il y a de plus simple. La grande piscine est très appreciable la journée et les nuits sont agréables dans la maison grâce aux murs en pierre qui préserve de la chaleur. Le point négatif si on peut en citer un est le manque d'isolation avec les autres locataires qui fait qu'on entend tout ce qui s'y passe à côté. On a passé un séjour exceptionnel , l'emplacement de cette maison est vraiment dépaysant, manger sur la terasse avec une telle vue est vraiment relaxant .

Wohnung bedarf einigen Sanierungen
Die Wohnung bedarf einigen Sanierungen,vor allen Dingen im Bad. Der Duschvorhang ist.... Bei jedem Duschvorgang ist das Bad zu wischen. Sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Es riecht ziemlich unangenehm in den Räumen und den Schränken. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Wir mussten erst einmal einige Dinge kaufen. In den 14 Tagen als wir dort waren, hatten wir an drei Tagen keinen Strom. Mal nur 3 Stunden, dann mal ca. 7 Stunden und den anderen Tag ca. 9 Stunden. Kein Strom heißt auch, kein Wasser etc.. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurde von uns dazugebucht, aber dies wurde übersehen. Daher am Ankunftstag erst abends die Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Im Außenbereich auf der Terrasse tropft es an einer Stelle, vom ersten Stock (Badezimmer, von der Dusche) durch das Mauerwerk nach unten. Gehört wahrscheinlich neu versiegelt, die Dusche im ersten Stock.? Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Es ist ruhig. Jedoch muss man auch wissen, dass es insgesamt 7 Wohnungen sind. Und die Räume sehr hellhörig sind. Vom ersten Stock hört man jede Stimme und jedes Stühle rücken etc.. Naja insgesamt gesehen, gehört einiges erneuert.

Die Frage, die gestellt ist: Wie war dein Aufenthalt? "Super" in einem Wort. Die Örtlichkeit ist wie beschrieben. Konzept Selbstversorger, bedenkt dies. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter in Herzlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Bitte, das Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen, so ist man beim Aufenthalt mit weiteren Feriengästen zusammen auf dem Gelände und im Haus. Dennoch bleibt man Privat. Die Parteien sind gut getrennt. Das Gebäude ist jedoch hellhörig. Bei auftretenden Hindernissen im Zusammenhang mit der Wohnung ist der Vermieter ansprechbar und besorgt zeitnah eine Lösung. Es wird geholfen! Die Duschsituation in unserer Wohnung (Nr2) könnte überdacht werden, der Boden rund um die Dusche wird immer nass. Es steht ein Wischmopp zum Aufnehmen bereit. Die Lage ist total nach meinem Geschmack. Weit genug weg von den üblichen Touristenlagen. Dennoch in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer, zum nächsten Strand, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Gefällt dieser Strand eher weniger, dann in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Nächsten. Ausgehen, wenn man dies braucht, im Radius von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Cecina oder eben weiter kein Thema. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist Casale Marittimo, diese Stadt ist ebenfalls mit genügend Restaurants und einer Cocktailbar ausgestattet. Im Ganzen ein sehr historischer Boden. Die Stadt, kleine Innenstadt, ist sehenswert. Von Casale Vecchio sogar zu Fuss zu erreichen, in längstens 30 Minuten. Für mich und uns war sehr entspannend. Viel Spass, für Euch, in der Toscana.

Sehr schöner lage
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Hügel mit ganz tollem blick( traumhafte Landschaft plus Meer ) die Vermieter sind sehr nett Und nehmen sich Zeit für den check in. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, sehr rustikal, alles was man braucht ist da, nur das bettsofa hat etwas sehr nach hund gerochen, eine von uns musste aber dort schlafen und es war gerade nicht sehr angenehm trotz Bettwäsche. Wäre vielleicht gut wenn man feste Wohnung für Hundebesitzer separat machen können! Ansonsten wir haben unser Aufenthalt in Casalvecchio genossen!

Schöne Ferienwohnungen
Die Lage ist wirklich super, wie von einer Postkarte. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, viel Natur. Anfahrt zum Objekt ist etwas abenteuerlich, nichts für tiefergelegte Autos ;-) Wohnung sind einfach eingerichtet aber alles was man braucht ist da. Sehr schöner Pool, Liegen stehen zur Verfügung sowie eine Waschmaschine. Jeden Tag wurde der Müll geleert.

Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage.
Das Haus CasaleVecchio liegt wunderbar auf einem Hügel in absoluter Alleinlage.Wir hatten das Glück ganz allein auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Nach einer turbulenten Anfahrt (sind falsch abgebogen) wurden wir von Guido bereits erwartet. Wir hatten alles dabei, was notwendig war, in der Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, falls was vergessen wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, leider war bei uns der Pool noch nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. Kein Problem, an den Strand fährt man eine viertel Stunde. Es ist schön dass es noch solche Schätze in der Natur zum Erholen gibt.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Casale Vecchio ist ein absolut wundervoller Ort. Umwerfender Blick auf das Tal hinter Cecina, auf Casale Marittimo, das Meer und sogar Elba und Korsika. Casale Marittimo war eine absolute Überraschung, ein ruhiger und doch herzlicher Ort mit tollen Restaurants, Läden mit regionalen Produkten und freundlichen Menschen. Guido und seine Frau waren sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Pool, der Blick, die Lage, die Ruhe, die Schönheit der Region - Casale Vecchio bietet den perfekten Ort, um zu entspannen. Vielen Dank, Guido, für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.
