O imóvel me foi entregue limpo e organizado. Em geral estou satisfeito, mas acho importante deixar uma crítica pontual e construtiva sobre duas questões que podem ser melhoradas: o ar condicionado de um dos quartos superiores não é eficaz para o ambiente; a caixa d'água aparenta ser pequena, pois ainda no primeiro dia se esvaziou mesmo sem muito uso nosso.

Casa maravilhosa
Imóvel excelente, muito organizado e muito espaçoso. Sem dúvida encontramos muito conforto, nossa família amou. O proprietário Ricardo muito prestativo sempre mantendo contato. Encontramos tudo igual ao descrito no anuncio. Seu Luiz o caseiro tbm sempre auxiliando. A única recomendação é que se puder ir de carro o deslocamento para praia e outros lugares fica bem melhor. Mas se não tiver problema para andar a pé a praia não fica tão longe. Gostamos das caminhadas até lá. Espero um dia retornar ao imóvel. Só tenho a agradecer ao Ricardo e ao caseiro Luiz pelo descanso que tivemos.

Tranquila e prazeirosa
Ocorreu tudo tranquilo na hospedagem, o check in foi super de boa. Tinha reservado 4 diarias de terça a sabado, porém tive que sair na sexta feira pois o transformador de energia da rua estourou, e ficamos sem energia, Enel tentou fazer o reparo mas nao conseguiu entao só ficaria liberado a energia voltar no dia seguinte final da tarde, entao resolvemos ir embora, pois eu estava com criança e um recem nascido. Entrei em contato com o Ricardo dono do imovel e passei o ocorrido , ele gentilmente fez a devolucao do valor de uma diaria, pois tive q sair antes. Foi muito legal da parte dele. Ele sugeriu tbm ficar com uma diaria pendente, mas como estou com recem nascido e foi a primeira vez q fui na praia com um bebe, resolvi optar pela devolucao do valor, pois nao pretendo tao cedo fazer outra viagem devido ao bebe ser mto pequeno ainda. No mais a casa tem uma otima estrutura, muito tranquila, fica aproximadamente 400 metros do mar, de carro é bem rapidinho, o dono da casa Ricardo disponibiliza os telefones de varios mercadinhos da regiao o que facilita muito a vida nossa. Tem o telefone de uma pizzaria que tem uma pizza excelente com bom preço e tem tbm dia da esfirra, o dia do kalzone e claro o dia da pizza... O dono da pizzaria tbm muito gentil, pois no dia do kalzone a gente queria pizza entao ele preparou a massa exclusivamente pra gente, vale a pena e tbm o mercadinho dele tem otimos preços.(mercantil e pizzaria) Recomendo a casa, recomendo a praia que o mar é bem tranquilo para banho e formam piscinas naturais na maré baixa. Pretendo voltar muito em breve, logo qu minha bebezinha complete 6 meses. Nota mil !!!
